Our stay was great! Reception is wonderful, location is excellent. We were able to check out a few hours late, which was much appreciated.

I Would Stay Here Again
I stayed here because I'm traveling by bus & this was approximately 1/2 way between the ADO bus station & Centro. I don't mind short walks. Ring the bell & wait to gain access when you arrive. The front gate is always locked. My stay didn't involve a lot of interaction with the staff, but when I needed anything, they were very friendly & accommodating. It's a hostel, but I stayed in a single/double bed room with my own bathroom. They ask you to put the Toilet paper into a waste basket which they empty on request. They don't make the beds for you like they do in a hotel. The sink in the bathroom only has cold water & it would be nice to have hot water There are several hotels in town that charge 150-250 pesos/night for a single room. I didn't change because the WIFI & hot water were good. The bed was a bit small for me and a bit lumpy. There is no heat in the rooms, so it will be chilly on colder days. They do provide blankets, so it's not a problem when sleeping. The lighting in the room could be improved. It consists of a single ceiling low wattage light in the center of the room. There is a mini market next door & an OXXO 50 meters away across the street. They have a kitchen with a coffee maker & microwave oven that I used. They offered free coffee in the morning If I was with a wife, I would probably stay someplace more comfortable, but this I would stay here again if I was alone or with friends. 3 people sharing a room pay the same I paid for a single

Cute hostel
The hostel was lovely. I got a room to myself because of the 50% occupancy but also there was no other guests. Beds are comfy with good sheets and thick blankets. My only problem was the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold but that could be just the room i was in. I stayed here while visiting my boyfriend as its his hometown and would return again!

En si la propiedad esta bien ubicada y el lugar con limpieza, pero los recepcionistas nada considerados por lo monos los de la mañana y tard estaba ya ahi varios dias y me dice uno un precio y que se iba a respetar luego que me cambie a otra habitación, que porque ya tenian reservada en la que estaba y nada ya me iba a mover y que siempre no que porque la que estaba ahi pago dia extra, osea no que no se podia? Luego que me quedará y el mismo me dio un precio incluso el otro que estaba ahi también me dijo que bajaba la tarifa por los día quw estuve, al final me dijo que me quedara pero iba a ser mas que no podia bajar diciendo que el se equivoco en dar ese precio, si el se equivoco pues que el lo arregle y no mejor opte por irme a otro lado, pesimo personal, se que muchos van de voluntariado a algunos lugares pero esa prepotencia no va, a cliente se le trata bien y otra cosa 2 dias fueron a tocar pasada la media noche cosa que le dije a este mismo y dijo que ni enterado y básicamente que no me creia, No recomiendo hospedarse mientras se tenga ese personal, ojala minimo acepten ese trato que dan coml si estuviera uno gratis y no al contrario ni por educación ya ni por ttabajar ahi y hasta exigiendo que me espere afuera si es que iba a pagar otro día mas, tantita verguenza deberia tener despues de tanto día y sin haber nadie esperando ocupar habitación casi echa a la gente, despota y prepotente la actitud de Esos Recopcionistas ojala los quiten

Hola Xochilt, los hostales y hoteles nos manejamos bajo reservación. Es importante que al hacer check in notifique al recepcionista sus días totales de estancia para que se les pueda reservar con tiempo, nosotros somos un hostal pequeño y a veces nos quedamos sin habitaciones, por lo que lamentamos mucho el no poderle ofrecer una noche mas en la habitación en la que se encontraba. El trato y servicio del personal fue excelente, es una estancia agradable. Solo hay que considerar que la habitación no cuenta con T.V., pero cuenta con una sala para poderla observar.

Para descansar no fue la mejor opción, pues considerando que es un hostal, había ruido de los otros huéspedes, la habitación olía a pintura pues la puerta del baño estaba recién pintada.

En el check in no tenían mis datos de reserva, por tanto no podían verificar que esta se hubiera realizado a través de la página, por suerte había disponibilidad de habitaciones, pero el cobro se realizo por el monto que maneja el lugar y no por el que me había ofrecido la página. El chico de la recepción muy amable y en general el lugar esta muy limpio y bien ubicado.

una estancia impecable, como siempre el servicio y la atención fue muy atenta y adecuada, excelente opción para los viajeros dispuestos a la experiencia del hospedaje compartido aunque también te dan la opción de estancia privada, ambiente, cómodo, tranquilo y limpio, con excelente ubicación y la oportunidad de conocer viajeros de otros latitudes, ya sea que viajes, solo, en pareja o familia, es una excelente opción

No logré acceder a la reservación porque la persona que estuvo de guardia estaba dormida, cuando atendió no ayudó a realizar el check in sino que me hizo esperar y preferí buscar otra opción. No es un lugar para llegar entrada la noche o en la madrugada.

Me gustó mucho su limpieza. Lo que no me gusto pero tampoco me desagradó fue que cerraran a cierta hora. Lo bueno es que te dan la contraseña del local.
