Do not stay here. Noisy heard next door sneeze and couple having sex. Bathroom light has a fan so next door wakes you up everytime they use it. Heard upstairs banging around. Breakfast unexciting, facilities old and dated. Plenty of other option is worthing rather then this faulty towers accommodation

You will see that your review is very out of sync with all our other happy guests who appreciate our lovely Guest House by the sea. We are so sorry you were having such difficult times whilst staying with us and we did all we could to support you. Your large sea view room is one much loved by other guests and your comments about all aspects of our Guest House seem to be aimed at damaging our business rather than providing others with a kind and helpful review. We are sure you must have studied our other reviews and overall review score prior to your stay and we are certain all those other wonderful guests can't we wrong! Take care and we hope life gets better for you soon.

Worthing festival weekend
The hosts were very helpful - full of local information on arrival. The free breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect with 2 very comfortable armchairs. We had a very good view of the fireworks on the pier.

Jane and Martin were the perfect hosts and ensured my overnight stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was everything I could have wished for, and though I didn’t have time for breakfast, it certainly smelt and looked good! Location was perfect overlooking the sea, and prom, giving me convenient access to spectate today’s 10k run. Grateful thanks once again.

A family run guest house right on the seafront in Worthing . The standard double room was simple but comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a surprising treat as was the super cheap parking . The hosts were fantastic ; a polite , friendly couple who run the place themselves . We would definitely stay there again .

Great location on seafront and easy walking distance to town. Easy to get parking outside. Free parking just 200m down the road. Great breakfast - fresh fruit, cereals and freshly cooked full English. Room perfectly adequate - nothing luxurious but had tea, coffee, small tv.

Close to the sea front and I guess that is reflected in the price. I was expecting more from the hotel, nothing wrong but nothing special. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Jane and Martyn run a fantastic guest house. We had a family room overlooking the sea and it was spacious and airy. Breakfasts were fabulous. Would return in an nanosecond!

A lovely stay
It is street parking. You can get a permit from the hotel which is £1 per day. Breakfast is included. Vegetarian option available. Beach is literally on doorstep. Staff/owners are friendly and and helpful. Hairdryer in room. Iron available on request. Room clean and comfortable.

Home from home in Worthing
What I very much appreciated was the friendliness of the hosts which made a great difference. The accommodation has character. I had a back facing room, so did not have a view but the room was quiet. The house is well positioned on the sea front. Lovely stay!

Wonderful, Worthing Weekend!
Perfect location right on the seafront for our family stay. Permit parking right outside the hotel for £1 all day. Warm welcome. Professional, friendly and very helpful. Lovely, clean hotel. Felt Covid safe. Face coverings worn unless seated at table. Hand gel points on entry to hotel, bar and breakfast room. Very tasty full English breakfast. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

as ok.. few things could be better
Overall the hotel was nice , it was clean and tidy and not a horrible place. A few things that I wasn’t happy in was that on the site it states parking limited .. we called when got there and the owner basically said it’s street parking and find what you can. Now this wasn’t great as I specifically chose this hotel for parking- so that should be made a lot clearer on the listing. One side lamp did not work and the bathroom was very narrow not a lot of space if you are a bigger person .

Thank you for your review. We are glad you found our guest house to be clean and tidy - so important at this Covid-19 time. We are surprised that our £1 parking voucher was not appreciated. We provide these to guests at cost. There are loads of parking spaces near us and very reasonably priced for the location. We are sorry the lamp didn't work, a quick chat with us and we would have happily put this right for you. Sadly bulbs do come to the end of their lives but we always have a supply to replace them. All our rooms are en-suite and the size does vary but this is reflected in the price structure for each room.

After all the effort we have put into opening our guest house and ensuring our guests are safe this is a disappointing review and as you don't explain your poor score nor say who you are it is of little help. So glad our other guests are kinder and more generous in the reviews.
