A very comfortable guest house nicely furnished with all facilities.
A good choice of food for breakfast.
The staff had time for you and were interested in what you were doing each day and offered good advice about the local area.
We would not hesitate to recommend it.
I staid at this hotel as I was working nearby. On arrival I was able to park within the grounds with ease. I went to reception where I received a friendly greeting and was immediately taken to my room. Dinner and breakfast arrangements were explained. My room had a lot of charectar and included a small balcony accessed by French Windows and as it was a warm evening I was able to leave a door open all night. The room was nicely decorated and arranged. The whole hotel is quaint and as it is fairly old a few parts looked a little tired; however, this didn't detract from it.
I didn't dine there in the evening but the the breakfast was excellent with very good service. My only slight criticism, as I was working, is that breakfast doesn't start until 8.00am - however, they were very prompt so I was able to get to where I was working in plenty of time. It is a little too far from the town centre to walk in but it was an easy drive with plenty of parking.
I stayed here for two nights to attend a local wedding. I felt welcomed and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb! Cannot rate it highly enough! The only downfall was that the television did not work in my room, but I'm sure this would have been resolved had I actually made the staff aware, as they were friendly and attentive, but it wasn't something that ruined my stay! Would absolutely recommend.
The staff made sure our stay was a memorable one. The electrics were off when we got up the first morning. We reported this at breakfast and it was sorted by the time we returned to our room.
We both liked having our breakfast in the conservatory and found the other people friendly.
Staff always had time to speak to you, asking what we had done and what we were planning to do

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived with help at hand for our luggage. Beautiful decor with plenty of character, well cared for establishment. Guest house is near the beach and convienient for local restaurants, a good location to explore Worthing on foot or Brighton by bus.
