"Our fridge in the room leaked and I reported twice and did not get a response. We used our towels to mop up the water. After two days, they came in and cleaned it up. The sheets had stains on it as well as strands of hair. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The room smelled clean and the floors were not gross. "

No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen! Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices.
