"Location was clean although, they were having renovations. The elevator, whirlpool was out of service so is the restroom at the pool area and the pool water is very-very cold. For some reason I thought it be a heated pool.
Breakfast is not the best but okay.
What made it harder for us was no elevator. Next time I need to call to double check if my request was read when I place the reservations. I always include special request, if no elevator need room on 1st floor. Its a norm for me since hubby has feet & knee issues.
Word of advice, next time call when you make or need special requests. oh, oh ask on the inside pool to make sure its heated. No direct sunlight so it will be cold!"
