We allowed a 10AM breakfast time so you could sleep in which led to a later checkout. We recommended some locations to visit in the area where you took some gorgeous pictures and videos. We even took pictures of you in front of the house with your friends. We made tea/coffee in the evening for you where you ate in the dining room. We even allowed use of the microwave and kitchen. We cooked breakfast to order for all four of you. The weather is beyond our control although Sunday turned out beautiful so you were able to enjoy breakfast outside on our wrap around porch. We thought that you enjoyed your stay based on your comments in the guest book. So we are surprised to see such a review.

Next time please read the description carefully as well as the confirmation. This is why we allow a one hour cancellation free of charge in case your reservation is not what you expected. We live on the premises and check the bathroom frequently. People come and go at different times which usually is not an issue for most people. Also, there are sinks in the rooms allowing people to wash up, do their teeth, hair, makeup, shave, etc in the room thus freeing up the bathroom. We are not a hotel or a restaurant. We offer a complimentary, hot breakfast with limited choices to Eggs either scrambled, over easy or sunny side, choice of pancakes, French toast or homemade waffles, served with fresh orange juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Hot and cold cereal are always available. Everything is homemade and prepared fresh.

We personally don't see the confirmation but other guests have shown us. That's why we give a free one hour cancellation period on all reservations. We live on the premises and maintain the bathroom while guests are out to dinner. Please read your confirmations.to make sure that the stay will meet your expectations. Our prices are based on the size of the bed and room. It includes a full, hot, country breakfast, color cable flat screen tv's, AC/fan units for the rooms. We are also lower to mid line priced for Windham based on the number of people. Our beds are top quality, pillow top mattresses with an assortment of pillows for every type of neck for comfort.
