“Excellent accommodations”
When I arrived I was warmly greated by the doorman and the front desk staff. The front desk clerk was very friendly and inquired how my travel to Germany was. Once checked in, she walked me to my room and showed me where everything was located. She made sure I had no questions before she left. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything in the room worked. There were nice soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion from the spa. Each night the bed was turned down and slippers were laid out. The bathroom was refreshed with clean towels where necessary. Very nice touch. The spa was very nice as well. It was clean, plenty of towels available to use and plenty of available staff. If I had any criticism at all about the spa it was my expectation the thermal pool would be hotter than it was. It was warm, nice and refreshing, but I expected it was going to be much warmer. It was not a big deal. Just wasn't what I was expecting. I had an excellent massage from Brita. The massage room was very clean as well. Everytime I walked past the front desk on my way out of the hotel, staff would always tell me to have a good day. I was waiting for the opportunity to write this review. I travel all over the world and I would have to place this hotel in the top tier of places I've stayed. I usually stay at Hyatt when I can. I would DEFINITELY stay in the Hotel Nassauer Hof on my next trip to Wiesbaden.

A world class hotel in the center of the city. great restaurants, bar, pool location. I travel to Wiesbaden often and always try to stay here. Rooms good size for Europe!
“Fantastic Hotel all around”
A truly fantastic experience! Great rooms, terriffic bed and excellent staff! The 5th floor spa was exceptional and a welcome relief after long days exploring and walking around. A great location for work or pleasure with restaurants in abundance nearby as well as very nice shops in all varieties. The casino and park across the street is beautiful.
“A Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Wiesbaden”
We loved this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and the hotel overall was just wonderful. The spa was a great extra too!

A beautiful hotel in a great position. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for couples or families. It's far from cheap but most certainly worth it.

place . accross the street ia Vapianos. this is an excellent fresh made daily pasta restaurant and very inexpensive. The only issue I had was there is no business center to get work done. The pool is just to die for. I was very happy there. The food in the hotel was pricey however the food was definitely 5 star. everything is with in walking distance.

A very comfortable, well-located hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant excellent. I stay here regularly on business and would recommend it.

“Expectations”
I guess I expected more for the price I was paying. The only thing it had going for it was the location to the event I was attending that evening (right accross the street). The rooms were small.
