"I was quoted £83 for 1 night stay for 3 adults 3 children when I got there I was told to pay extra £58 before I could go inside the house when I argued about the price he told me that I only booked for 2 people so I had to pay extra after I got in the house there was no TV broken cupboards not happy with the service if I don’t get refund I will not be using Hotels.com anymore I have added some pictures "

"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "
