We were in town for some family emergency services but we still enjoyed our time and felt very relaxed even with the family circumstances. We took lots of pictures and enjoyed every minute we could. "What a gem of a property! Our stay was simply lovely. We were inundated with snow which made for a very picturesque view out the common space windows. They have thought of everything from plenty of blanket type throws around the home to a full cabinet of spices. "This place was smelly the pillows and blankets had a terrible smell to them! The couch was all matted and smelly ans we wouldn't even sit on it! We had no towels but the owner told us to go get them in his storage but we didn't as the place was just too dirty for us to stay in! The worst part about this as it was our anniversary Weekend getaway that we traveled 3 hours to get here thinking it was going to be a wonderful place and it was definitely a big letdown! Hopefully this never happens to...

"This house is absolutely great. It is very clean and had all ammenaties one could want. The location is close to Medford, but out enough to have a serene place to enjoy. I rented the place for myself and 3 friends to hike the Chequamegon Forest part of the Ice Age Trail. Perfect location for us before heading to the woods. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. I would absolutely recommend this place. The owner was also very responsive and accomodating."

"Everything was exactly like the listing. Decently secluded and right on the Jump River! We were able to go kayaking, fishing and even explored the little town of Sheldon. They supplied wood for the fire pit which was very nice. There was so many things to do in this cabin and me and my boyfriend enjoyed this home away from home! We will definitely be back in the future."
