"We stayed 26 nights with our dog. The cottage itself was clean, up to date and well outfitted (new, soft beds!). The property is very private, heavily wooded and with great sight lines to the water. It is actually located in Steep Creek, about 4-5 miles from Mulgrave proper (and the nearest coffee shop). Google has it wrong. "We absolutely loved our family three night stay at the farmhouse. The screened in porch was incredible especially with the rain and thunderstorm. The thoughtful touches through the entire house is so wonderful and really makes you feel at home. They really seemed to have thought of everything and were so lovely to check on us and were super easy to communicate with. The kids all asked to stay again next year and longer! "We chose this location by proximity to the lake. It was clean and well appointed and did not disappoint (other than we didn’t catch any fish). Home was well stocked with necessity item including cookware which was important for us as we cooked our own meals. It also had dishwasher and detergent along with washer and dryer and laundry soap. "The house is on a small cove with beautiful views of the cove and ocean. The porch is delightful in the morning or evening. Quiet area, the road in dead-ends just past the house.
