"Our (very short) stay was terribly disappointing. We arrived at 3pm to find the place hadn't been cleaned well at all, with crumbs and hair around the place, the bathtub full with grimey water and hairs floating in it and wet towels folded and left on the beds. We unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency at 8pm that same night, so didn't sleep in the house at all, but the host refused to refund any money as we had booked for a 2 night stay. "An open plan upstairs living area with bedroom and bathroom below… really good for price. We hired it for Christmas to visit my parents in Wells. I had two young children excited for Christmas. It would have been nice to have a Christmas tree for them so instead we lugged their presents in the car to open in Wells.
