"Great place for kids and family."

"Housekeeping enters room despite ignored knocking and locked doors! At 8:50 am housekeeping entered the room of a family with 2 small special needs children. Toilet seat was stained with dirty smears and toilet was not flushed upon entering!! "

"The stay was very nice and comfortable. The beds were nice to sleep in. Would totally stay here again. The only reason why I didn’t give a five star is because the laundry room had only one washer and one dryer. And that room was not the cleanest. Other than that thanks for everything. "

"Hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. It is located in Gurnee Mills so access to shopping and food is great. Management is active and shows concern for customer. I will gladly stay here again."

"Everything was great, we were in town for 3 nights for my grandsons Navy graduation, and I have no complaints about the hotel. clean, affordable, staff is very nice, room was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect. the breakfast was included and very good except I wish they had brewed coffee, it was a watered down version of hot coffee, but just not a very good beverage. otherwise everything was great"
