"We stayed at this property for four nights in March 2023. This well appointed rental is a former gatehouse and is located on the beautiful grounds of the castle in Bazel. It has a fenced yard which was perfect for my teens to kick around a soccer ball. The views out of each window were gorgeous- the upper bedroom has a view towards the castle in the back and the church square in the front. "The location is excellent, just a 5 mins walk to the central train station and shopping district. Staff are friendly and polite. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days. "

"This flat was perfect for a functional overnight stay. Instructions for access and checkout were easy to follow. The flat was large and clean, furniture, furnishing etc was basic but all ok. Book parking in advance. 10 minutes walk to the city centre. "
