“Small rooms & rude front desk”

The rooms are extremely small, when we asked to pay to upgrade the front desk gave expedia & me the run around.

“Great Hotel, inconvenient location”

This hotel was very nice, courteous staff, great breakfast. Downside, the location. Not in a very nice area, far from any public transportation. There is a shuttle that will take you to Union Station, but it stops running at noon and then picks back up in the evening and doesn't run very late. If you rent a car, this would be a nice hotel to stay at, just farther than expected from the DC most poeple come to see.

“Very Impressed”

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I was truly happy with stay.

“Very impressed stay in general, shuttle however can be hit and miss”

Great hotel, clean comfortable and good service. Everything is very new. Great value for the price. Only gripe is the shuttle bus - upon arriving at Union Station at 12 noon, I called the hotel to find out where the bus pickup point is. She tells me to wait out the front with the taxis. 12:45pm passes, and I call again to ask where the bus is . She tells me the bus service is finished until the evening services, and the last one was 12:15pm (which there was none). Abit annyoyed, had to cab it to the hotel for $14 (inclusive of tip) which wasn't too bad.

“It is a nice hotel, but too far from city”

Hotel is very nice and clean, good breafast. Save a lot money with shutle bus from hotel to Union station. Will come back.

“"will stay here again!"”

I loved the location, room deocr and the cont. breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly too.....I did not like the fact that parking in the parking lot(not a parking garage) was $15/day. Other than this rip off fee I enjoyed my stay!
