Hearing unit sounded like a jet plane couldn't use unit.
I recommend this hotel if you just want something to sleep and spend the day out.
The staff is very friendly, the breakfast so good and practical. Really enjoy it!!
Property was nice. I was assigned a room that was dirty, the staff switched me to another room also dirty and ended up giving me a suite which was fantastic. Overall I was pleased with my stay.
We decided to give this hotel one more chance but it disappointed us once again. We arrive late do to construction on the freeway and we were exhausted as it is. We go to check in and the person helping us was saying the card used for the reservation was wrong and we had to wait and after that we finally got our room and it smelled horrible and we found used condoms in our bathroom like it’s was recently used and not cleaned that whole day. We went and told the person down stair and they said they would clean it. We went out with the family and came back and the room was still not cleaned. We asked again if the room can be cleaned and waited called again and nothing. We were so grossed out my wife had to buy cleaning supplies and clean our room. We shouldn’t have to do that and to make things worse they wouldn’t give us a different room. Really disappointed.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Condition of room was satisfactory. Towel bar came out of the wall due to faulty anchor bolt. Notified the front desk immediately. Who then opened a maintenance ticket to fix it.
Overall a good stay. Would stay there again

The toilet had a hair on it, the sink had a long, black hair in it, and the bedding was old, dingy, and had a hole and 2 grey stains on the bottom sheet...have no plans to ever stay here again, sorry!!

House keeping was working the front desk and was texting her supervisor to check us in. Wanted a copy of my drivers license and I said NO she could look at my license for verification but could not make a copy. This place was very shady. People partying in the halls and in the parking lot till early morning. Floors were filthy and website stated plush blankets if you consider 2 sheets plush then this is your place. Air conditioner/heater was intermittent.
