Unfriendly customer service
Evening receptionists were not friendly and were getting annoyed and could sense their irritation as it was obvious when asked questions.

We arrived early for check but the receptionist gave us access to our room which was really welcome. This hotel is clean and in a quiet area. Staff are polite. Breakfast is a bonus. Had a great time in Vienna!

Convenient laundromat across the street. A couple of very good eating places nearby, Gondola and Strock. Hotel was a bit far from the main attractions.

The room was dreary. Carpet in the hallway was stained and the carpet in the room had damage from the vacuum. The air-conditioning did not work which forced us to open the windows onto an incredibly noisy street. No drawer spa e to put clothes. Cheap towels and bathroom soap. Will not stay here again.

Nice comfortable hotel.
Great stay, quieter area in Vienna which was nice after a busy day. Tube station eight minute walk away. Will definitely stay again on my return to Vienna.

Good value for money. Highly recommended.
The hotel is approx 1.5 miles from all of the main attractions in Vienna, but there is public transport nearby (we didn't use it as we walked everywhere!) The room itself was big, airy and clean with a street view. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom looked newly done and was also clean. There is a laundrette across the road from the hotel which is open until 10pm. It takes approx 80 minutes to do a wash and a dry and is recommended to use if needed. There is also a Spar supermarket and many eating establishments nearby. 'JustEat' also delivers to the hotel too. Overall I highly recommend and would return if I ever went back to Vienna.

Good budget hotel for Vienna, usual Ibis quality
This was a good budget hotel near the centre of Vienna has the usual Ibis hospitality which was good. We would stay here again.

Location good for the subway to town. Aldi, Spar and Lidl close by otherwise not much around. The room was very clean but very basic. Plenty of space with 2 chairs and large desk and bench. Good shower and clean overall bathroom. Bed had a very thin “mattress” like a mattress topper almost and was so uncomfortable. Pillows were rubbish. Poor nights sleep all in all.

Big room in a fairly ordinary area of the city but a supermarket is very close. The bed was comfortable. No tea-making facilities in the room – not even a kettle. Staff friendly & helpful.

It’s pricing is very competitive mainly due to Its relative inconvenience in terms of public transport - you would need lots of walking to use the metro, trams etc. The room was also one of the most bare minimum in facilities but considered acceptable for the price. For budget travelers I have no qualms about staying here.

We have stayed one night in the hotel. Besides the fact that my husband and I needed to ask for a additional sheet (the one provided by the hotel was a single one, although we had a double bed), unfortunately we forgot one white pair of pants on the bed. We have contacted the hotel the same day we left the property, just a few minutes we left it, just to let them know that we would be going back to the hotel in 10min in order to get the pants back, but the receptionist said they haven’t received anything from the housekeeping and that we would need to contact them again the day after. We said to them we couldn’t wait for the next day as we were leaving the country in one hour and the receptionist said that they couldn’t do anything, instead of trying to check if the pants had been left in the housekeeping room or at least contacting the housekeeping. Therefore I couldn’t get my pants back. So disappointing! Not good customer service at all! Never again!

Location is a bit far from thr train station about a 40 minute walk but there is a tram that takes tou about a 5 mintue walk from the hotel. Room was good and had AC. Would stay again!
