I came in early April and the weather was nice and cool at night. The rooms got a bit stuffy and the hotel isn’t allowed to run A/C until May 1. However, the manager gave me a fan to use which helped. The showers are super tiny and the water handles are sensitive. So every shower I managed to bump into the handle and turn it from comfortable to inferno or arctic ice. Otherwise, the breakfast is great, the people are nice, the place is quiet, safe, and clean. I would stay there again. Good value for the $.

200m from train line, quiet street, 15 minutes from city centre, clean and tidy, good breakfast choice and very nice and helpful staff. I stayed 5 night and it was a home from home. No bar in the hotel but that was ok as I found 3 nice ones about 2 minutes away. Lovely charming neighbourhood

I stayed at this hotel in Vienna that was perfectly located for public transportation. It was only a one-minute walk to the train station and a 20-minute walk to the city center. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was extensive and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were always quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

A great location away from the main tourist area but within 3 mins of a metro station (so 10 mins from centre of Vienna). Excellent continental breakfast and good local ammenities (2 restaurants serving traditional Austrian food at a sensible price). If I was returning to Vienna I would certainly use this hotel again.

The staff here was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The hotel was very clean and rooms were a comfortable size. There was a wide variety of foods available at the breakfast. The U4 metro is a very short (walkable even with a lot of luggage) distance from the hotel and it only took a few minutes to get to the city center and tourist sites.

The hotel is located in a safe area, walking distance from the center although kind of far. Breakfast quality was outstanding. Internet simply did not work in the evening. Hot and humid in the room. Room was clean and well maintained between the days. Front desk staff was friendly

Really bad, god-awful, no good wifi
Rooms: 1/5 We selected this hotel hoping to get some work done in the room. The desk was nice and big. The room was spacious. The wifi was struggling for its life! I was connected, and then disconnected, and then barely connected before being disconnected again. We were on the 2nd floor, so not too far away from the lobby. Wifi seems to be a consistent issue among many travelers as indicated in their reviews. Also, watch out for the showers - it's a very small space, and one wrong bump against the faucet will result in the water temperature turning boiling hot or ice cold. And finally, the walls are quite thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors talking or slamming their doors. Service: 2/5 Staff did not seem so friendly, but luckily we did not have too much interaction with them. Wifi sucks, they probably knew it but didn't care enough to assist guests in that area. Perhaps it was out of their control too - who knows! Location: 4/5 The location was the top saving grace of this hotel! It is across the street from a U-bahn station and 15-20ish min walking distance away from the downtown-y areas. All in all, if you do not care about the lack of wifi access or simply want a place to crash that is reasonably located next to a U-bahn station, this hotel might be the one for you!

Hotel was adequate for our needs. The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable. We could not find the remote for the air conditioner, but the temperature it was set at was good. The TV is in an odd place, but we didn't watch much, so not an issue. The shower temperature was an issue. The water would get VERY hot unexpectedly and the hot side of the water faucet got hot enough to burn skin. Be very careful. Staff was not overly friendly, but not unfriendly. Location was close to trains, shopping, dining.

This was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were lovely! Easy tram and underground access! The underground was a 2 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a good selection, but i would advise attending earlier in order to have a the full range of options (there was no bacon left). The only issue we had, is that when we left for the day we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. In all the hotels we've stayed in this means do not make up the room or do not disturb. We do this for privacy as well as to make the housekeepers job easier, especially for short stays. In this instance when we returned from our day out we found the sign missing and our room made up. I'm not sure why this was done and our privacy not respected... Overall, a decent stay especially for the price.

We faced a very unfortunate incident due to which we had to leave for Prague by taxi immediately. Farshad was so hospitable he helped us arrange for a taxi, he ensured that he made us feel relaxed and comfortable and his kind words really helped us during that difficult moment. Really very impressed with the level of service and would definitely visit the property again.

Central location to rails, price, breakfast and room cleanliness were all excellent. It is not an opulent stay but a great value so you can spend on entertainment and dining.

Buona struttura in posizione comoda
Hotel in posizione comoda per il centro, la fermata della metro si trova a circa 150mt dall'hotel, anche il tram non è molto distante. Camera di buona metratura e bagno pulito, l'unica nota negativa è stato l eccessivo caldo che abbiamo sofferto, non vi era la possibilità di regolare la temperatura, ma se ci fosse nuovamente la possibilità di tornare a Vienna prenderemmo in considerazione nuovamente questo hotel. Lo staff è gentile ed disponibile.
