Our room was large, the showersoap and shampoo was very good quality. We enjoyed the restaurabt at the hotel after a long day visiting Rome and was able to relax.

The hotel was overall quite good. It is a bit old and some things should get some updating such as not the greatest lightning by the elevators. Other than that no complaints would stay again

Good transport links in and out of the city very clean and lovely decor. Access to coffee and drinks machine anytime as not refreshments in room but to be honest the machine drinks were lovely as coffee is freshly grounded

Nice stay
Hotel is located within 30-min walk to the centre. We had a family room which was big and comfortable and have availed the early check in. Reception staff very accommodating. Minus for plastic cups and lack of toiletries, only 2in1 shower gel.

This hotel was very clean, nice room with lots of space, lovely big window. It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was good and the staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism would be it's proximity to the city centre, it's a 10 minute tram ride away or a 20-30 minute walk. Apart from that it was great.

A very comfortable stay at this hotel. Very large room/suite, enjoyed the free hot drinks in the foyer, breakfast was plentiful and we easily found our way about using the undergrounds nearby.

Not a bad location, not in the center but close enough to metro station. Hotel is not new, but well done, clean and pleasant. But I have a couple troubles - like shower was not really working, had weak drops but not with a full power. Bathtub was ok but shower is a huge minus. And the wardrobe in the room was a bit broken. But it definitely worth the money.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel and room was very clean. I was traveling alone and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood that it’s located in safe walk to the train. The hotel is very dated and the room accommodations reflected that. The bed was so hard that I had to sleep on top of 2 comforters! The pieces within the room were cheap and very mismatched and the fridge did not work. I was to have a king sized bed and I’m not even sure it was a queen. For the money it was ok for a few nights.

Didn’t receive my member perk (Free bottle of wine) when checked in. Had to ask and then was given ONE 250ml bottle (Which is a glass of wine) between two of us. Comfortable bed and good location but outdated decor and building.

Hotel is ok and close to TRAM D easy to move around, but based in my experience I wouldn’t stay here again . I arrived by noon horribly tired after traveling all night . When I mentioned I had a reservation I was shut down (not even asked by my name or so), was told “check in is at 2.30” I asked again if possible to have early check in as I was extremely tired but didn’t even get a reply, I literally crashed at their sofa…By 2 pm the same guy told me ok to check in now . I asked again why don’t have check in early (I was 100 willing to pay as my situation) and only Saify we are full. I never received the VIP amenities nor was welcome as GOLD member. When I did the check in I was given a tiny piece of paper with hotel info. No further interaction. Even if hotel is sold out there are ways to say bad news , try to improve . I didn’t see the exceptional service.

While away from the historic district the hotel was well connected to trams and the metro. Good road access back to the airport as well. Public areas of the hotel were quite nice, our room (102) was pretty tired and could do with redecoration. It was also really dark, as you couldn't see any windows from the bed. It was quiet though and the bed comfortable with good quality bedding

The staff was excellent very friendly and readily assisted when asked. The elevator was out of order the day we arrived meaning we had to carry luggage up to the 4th floor - now the desk attendant did assist with the bags however the elevator was then out for the entire week we were there. I just turned 70 and have asthma so this was not ideal after a day of site seeing which was every day. Also with the temperature while we were there a fan would have helped as the air conditioning was ineffective making getting a good sleep difficult.

Nice stay
Clean room with daily change of sheets and towels. Friendly staff. Location was a bit away from center, 10 eur each way for taxi was I think expensive. Free coffee and tea. Air conditioner working fine. Elevator had issue but fixed later. Bathroom and bathtube waw working perfectly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, the staff super helpful. Our room was big, great furniture, bathroom had all supplies we need. Was clean daily. He had the breakfast Buffett was great, different food variety. If I return to Vienna I will choose this hotel.

If I have to describe this hotel in one sentence: absolutely awful staffs but hotel itself is decent for the price. I travel Europe quite often for pleasure; France, Belgium, and Netherlands mostly. Pretty much my first time in vienna. I stayed in hotels from 3-5 stars. I understand that property or amenities can be bit different from what they stated on the website but it’s always the staffs who make your experience more pleasant. This place, however, I simply don’t understand why they are in hospitality industry in the first place. Starting from my checkin, I didn’t get my VIP access when it clearly said it on my confirmation email. Hotel receptionist didn’t even want to check my email and merely insisting, “My system says nothing so I can’t.” I believe that proper way would be, they ask me to wait and they check and follow up on me later, but they just said no instead: what a way to treat their guests. A complimentary water bottle is once per stay here, most of the hotels I stayed were once per night, so I went down and asked. Hotel receptionist who were in her duty around 22h-23h couldn’t speak English very well (can be frustrating but they don’t have to speak English fluently it’s ok). She didn’t know the difference between once per night/day and once per stay. The problem here was her attitude her, surprise! Although she was wrong, the way of her tone was rather “patronizing” the guest, who would appreciate this kind of attitude? Will never come back this place.

Upon booking the pictures are very deceiving. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised on arrival. Outdated, dirty furniture. Was embarrassed to bring my family here to see the condition it was in. The room was stuffy, hot, dirty, outdated, subpar, and NOT a 4-star as advertised. Absolutely disgusting. The only reason why we stayed is because we were traveling for 12 hours that day and got in closer to midnight. We had absolutely NO choice but to stay. When confronting the concierge regarding temperature of the room. They told us “housekeeping will take at look at it “. That was at 1am upon checking in. Next morning after we had fallen asleep NO ONE EVER came to look. We mentioned something AGAIN in the morning. NO ONE EVER CAME. absolutely disappointing after using our free night on this place. What a huge disappointment!! Will think twice about booking with hotels.com after that!

Nicely located hotel
This hotel is nicely located in a quiet street with nearby transport options to go anywhere in the city. Didn't bring a car but looking around it seemed a fairly easy parking location also. Staff was a mix between very helpful and some that where there to do the basics. Room wifi was ok and the room itself was nice. Breakfast was average but with all I usually eat in a hotel stay. Recommended.

Indeed, it is true that this place is part of smiling hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good customer service. The hotel is located in a very quiet Neighbourhood, close to public transport and restaurants.

Clean with friendly & helpful staff. Bit out of the way on the outskirts, lift wasn't working which meant stairs to the 4th floor and just a little tired looking ...... on the whole pretty alright although no evening meal facilities

The staffs are really helpful, except the person in duty during day-time. We like the 24-hour coffee machine with different flavors. Rooms are good and clean with a bit old touch.

I loved the bathroom. 502 room awful view and I supposedly paid extra for the last floor and good view!
