Excellent rates and top notch cleanliness. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We liked the convenience of the location. Restaurants, and shopping very nearby and being on a main highway made it easy to get around.

When we came in at around 8:10pm on April 21st, there was nobody at the information desk so we have to call out many times to see if somebody will receive us but still nobody came. I had to call the hotel's landline number before someone came out to help us with our check in. It would be very helpful if there was a bell to get the attention of the desk/lobby person when they have to be away for any reason and a note that would say, "the desk person is away for a few moment, kindly wait." or something like that but there was none. We were even thinking that we couldn't check in that night anymore because there was no response for a while. On another hand, the parking spaces are quite tight. The SUV's can barely fit even on regular parking slots, how much more when they have no choice but to use the "small car slots" because there was no choice. Anyway, we liked the ambiance of the hotel and we rested well after our long journey and the beds are very comfortable. It's like we are sleeping on our own bed. All in all, we were happy to stay in your hotel. Thank you for having us.

Very noisy, the next room tv,inconsitent with cleaning the room,had to be reminded. Would go back there again to a room with no noisy neighbours.

Across from a huge mall, which was nice. Not too far from downtown Victoria. Parking is a little tight. Not happy about the hotel not having free coffee in the lobby for guests. The room features were nice. I would stay here again.

A great hotel with kitchen studio and very modern look with cute fridge and full equipped kitchen .it will be perfect if they have free breakfast for people don't like to cook in the early morning, overall is great place to stay with the price.

The front desk staff were very polite, the room and the bathroom are very clean. Also, it’s the Kitchenette in the room and the parking is included. I walk to the old Victoria city and walked back to Red Line. But, you can take the bus or Uber too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property has been updated, and our room was well cleaned. The beds were firm and the room had a good supply of towels. The only issue would be the soundproofing.

Close to shopping and easy to get to around the area. We chose this hotel because we thought it was connected to a shopping centre but it is not actually connected but it is close tho.

All in all it’s a decent hotel for the price and the location is convenient. Room was clean and inviting. On the other hand the bed is something to be desired. Try not to get a room on the second floor next to the ice machine or you’ll be hearing it all night. Would I return to the Red Lion, sure I would.

I donn't often rate a hotel but this one really went beyond what is acceptable. There is lots of unacceptable noise at night. The walls are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbors showering or flushing toilet. Then there was those weird sharp sounds like something falling on the floor from unknown sources.. it was terrible and make you cann't fall asleep. I donn't require a lot on a hotel and I donn't expect much for the price but there should be no facility noise is really the minimum. Highly not recommended.
