“Not impressed.”

The LaQuinta in Victoria, Texas was not acceptable. My room lacked a safety latch on the door.......asked the front desk to move me but they were"sold out" although there wasn't another vehicle on my part of the parking lot. The desk chair was threadbare, paint chipped. Carpet dirty. Very disappointed . Won't go back.

“Okay!”

The only problem that we had was that I did ask for a handicap access room. We did get a handicap accessible room. However, the shower/tub was not accessible at all. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in finding and printing a map of where we were going. I only asked for directions and she was kind enough to print them.

“Did not have room I booked”

I had booked a king bed room through expedia and when I arrived they told me people who were already at the hotel decided to stay and instead of moving them rooms they moved me.

The price for the rooms are to much. It looks like a motel 6. They are OVER PIRCED!

“Would stay again when in the Victoria area - Impressed”

Very pleased with overall hotel and staff. Clean and close to eating and shopping. Close to highway I was traveling. Impressed with LaQuinta.

“Hotel of last resort”

Horrible check in experience; had to wait for rooms to be ready: empty tissue boxes; dirty coffee pots; pool did not open up on time leaving me with dissapointed kids; hotel staff ordered elderly parents to sign docs without explaining what it was; better hotels on the area. This shoul be the hotel of last resort.

“want more comfortable beds”

either beds in pads they are very hard and uncomfortable we booked 2 rooms and the people in the other room had the same feeling

“okay stay”

Pair of men's underwear and t-shirt left behind bathroom door from previous traveler. I am sure it was an oversight by the maid. (hopefully). Iron was broken had to return it to the desk as there was no one on duty for housekeeping until 10 am.
