WIFI password was written on your check-in statement. As far as toilet and light sockets, these are normal things that happen in life no matter if you stay at your own house or in any motel. Thanks for staying with at Crossroads Inn & Suites. Come back anytime. As far as the T.V. issues the cable was messed up for a week or two because of the storm but we do have all those channels you mentioned and the HBO channels as well English and Spanish. so I am not sure what happen their but I do apologize and hope it was not a big enough inconvenience. We do offer kitchenettes with full size fridge in every room plus built in closet, in every room which we feel makes us a little more special than the other hotels around us. Decent size space and value for the money all things compared. So I am not sure in what aspect we did not meat your qualifications. But please by all means come back and stay with us next time you are staying in Victoria if you at least fell even a little bit the same way and I will personally try to carter more to your needs.
