One thing that was kind of annoying was we drove to Victoria B.C. for a show. We arrived to the hotel to be told that my buddy's vehicle was too tall for valet parking when it doesnt say on the company website nor the booking website. Would probably be a good idea to clarify that if a vehicle is too tall you will have to figure it out rather than saying "parking available".

This hotel was one of the best Best Western we have stayed. The rooms were clean and super comfortable. The staff was amazing, super nice and helpful. The hotel was with in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beware: These rooms are noisy! I couldn’t sleep until 11pm because the doors do nothing to stop sound transfer. If you are by the elevator you’ll be paying to lay awake listening to people come and go as if they are walking through your room. I’ll never stay here again. Ever. I wouldn’t even stay for free.

Staff were nice and friendly. Communication was efficient. Checking in and checking out was fast. Our room was a little smelly the moment we opened the door. It might need more airflow.

Customer service was excellent. We walked everywhere so parking our car at the hotel was the best option for cost and security. There is a night club on the back bottom portion of the hotel so if you don't want noise ask for a quiet room. My wife and I will stay here again.

Hotel and rooms very clean. Staff wonderful, nothing was a problem. Every staff member pleasant and helpful. Coffee machine in lobby was a nice touch after being put all day.

There is a night club on the same building. The hotel provides free ear plugs but they don’t work well. Be prepared to sleep late. Maybe go to the night club.
