“Disappointed....”

We booked this hotel based on the fact that they had a pool and hot tub when another comparable local hotel had just a pool. Upon arrival, the pool would have still been open that evening except for the fact that the pool and hot tub were not working. No offer was made for a discount for the inconvenience. The kids had been cooped up in the car all day and they were looking forward to using the pool. Another major concern was the bathtub. The bottom of the tub was VERY slippery and my son slipped and fell in the tub. Thankfully, he was not hurt! This could be very dangerous and should be considered, especially if you have any knee, ankle or leg injuries!!! Also, hotel employees were sitting out front on the bench smoking right outside the entrance. They should have been in an employee smoking area, maybe out behind the hotel instead of out front where they could be seen by guests.

“Will stay at again”

This was our second stay at this hotel, both stays have been pleasant. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very clean and quiet. They offer a great complimentary breakfast that is much more than just coffee and pastries. We will definitely stay here again.
