The host went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure we enjoyed and made the most of our stay. The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. This pass allowed us to enjoy all the Mountain View’s the Saas Valley has to offer. The breakfast selections were abundant, generous, and tasty…including homemade jams, yogurts and selections of cheeses, meats, cereals, fresh fruit salad and breads. An added bonus, Pension Heino is located a short walk off the main road which provides a wonderfully quiet experience. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Pleasant stay
Two building hotel run by family. It has a nice 3 bed room roof top family section. Continental breakfast was included and the hotel provides bus tickets. It can take you to other villages. You can even walk to Hohsaas cable car for skiing.

Fine Value in Saas-Grund
This pension is located in the less popular Saas-Grund area, but is convenient to the bus and the Hohsaas gondola. A stay here also includes breakfast and a "Bürger-Pass" card that covers all bus service above Saas Balen, as well as almost all lifts in the area. Rooms are quirky but comfy, the owner comes armed with lots of helpful advice and a dry sense of humor, and a nice buffet breakfast is included.

Great location, lots to see and do.
Very clean B&B, in a great small town. Lots of things to see and do, go up the gondola, plenty of hiking, via ferretas. Easy access to towns beside by bus. The lady that runs the B&B is amazing!!! She's so nice, and friendly. She is the one to ask about what to do, and best ways to do it. We will be going back in the future!

Abschalten und Naturerlebnisse im Saaser Tal
Weilte während 5 Tagen in Saas Grund. Habe mich in der Pension sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Hotel liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Zentrum, der Bergbahn und der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Aber nicht unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse. Somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, zum unschlagbaren Preis von Fr. 25, das Abendessen vor Ort einzunehmen. Habe von dieser Möglichkeit natürlich Gebrauch gemacht. Und zwar jeden Tag. Als Alleinreisender kam ich dadurch in den Kontakt von weiteren Individualreisenden. Dies hat meinen Aufenthalt bereichert. Auch das Frühstück lässt, meines Erachtens, keine Wünsche offen. Im Weiteren besteht auch die Möglichkeit im Aufenthalts- und Fernsehraum sich einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Und zwar rund um die Uhr. Mit dem Aufenthalt erhält man zudem noch eine Gästekarte, mit welcher man die Bergbahnen und die Autobuslinien kostenlos nutzen kann. Schlicht grossartig. Empfehle die Unterkunft sehr, sehr gerne weiter. Habe mich vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Saubere Unterkunft und freundliches Personal
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Pension liegt mitten in Saas Grund, nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Ideal für Wanderungen im Saastal.

Sehr sympathisch-gemütliche Pension für Jedermann
Saas Fee Winter-Card gekauft, da braucht man nur noch ein gemütliches und günstiges Hostel an bester Lage im schneesichersten Skigebiet der Schweiz.... Heino: Gleich nach der Ankunft wird man herzlich von Golda, der Besitzerin des Familienbetriebes empfangen. Man stellt schnell fest, dass man hier nicht in einem Main-Stream-Hotel ist: Man ist per Du und wird mit Vornamen angesprochen. Golda kennt jeden Gast beim Vornamen. Durch die zwanglose, familiäre Atmosphäre fühlt man sich schnell pudelwohl. Alles unkompliziert und spontan. Pistenberichte, Informationen sowie den Bürgerpass für die Busse und Bergbahnen erhält man direkt bei ihr. Für 20.-/Erwachsenen kann man lecker zu Abendessen, bestehend aus einem reichhaltigen Salat-Buffet, Hauptgang und Dessert. Alles frisch und selbst gemacht. Am nächsten Morgen kann man sich am leckeren, reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Brötchen aus der lokalen Bäckerei satt essen. Die Zimmer sind stehts sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten, Kissen und Decken - Wer nicht skifahren geht, kann auch sehr gut ausschlafen. Abends kann man im Keller Tischfussball spielen oder in einem modern eingerichtetem Aufenthaltsraum fernsehen oder einen Tee geniessen. Im Aufenthaltsraum gibt es 2 Kühlschränke, in welchen man Material für Picnic lagern kann, da die Restaurants am Berg ziemlich teuer sind. Zwei angenehme Tage in Saas-Grund
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und die Zimmer funktional und sauber. Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Pension übernachtet und werden es sicher auch bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder dort versuchen.

Saubere Pension für Ausflüge im Saas Tal
Ein sehr unkomplizierte Inhaberfamilie. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da es einfache Zimmer sind, sind sie am besten für Stayover oder wenn man von anstrengenden Unternehmungen nur noch ins Bett fallen wird.

Pension - hôtel Heino très bien ... D ailleurs quand je viens a saas fee passer 1-2-3 jours , c est a la pension Heino . Qualité - prix , très correct , merci et je la recommande
