"The gentleman that worked at the front desk during the day time ( he’s been in Paris for 3 years) we forgot his name. Was absolutely amazing! He was there to help our every need. The night staff was ok but can’t compare to the young man on day shift. We love the snacks and our room with a view. Just felt stuffy. We are from America so we need air conditioning to breathe better. The hotel was in a perfect area to shops and restaurants. Very walkable but we did get lost a few times lol. We just...

"Rooms and common areas clean and comfortable. Friendly and professional staff that were super helpful. Only challenge was the WiFi on Apple devices constantly dropped. Otherwise, highly recommend the hotel. Location was convenient with many restaurants and amenities close by. "

"This hotel is in a great location. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and the Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk. It is beautifully appointed very modern, nice bathroom. They have a nice breakfast and lounge area. A lovely outdoor garden. We really enjoyed the variety of snacks and beverages that were available every day from 2 to 12. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They helped us with dinner reservations, calling a taxi accommodated this with an early check-in and late check out. I would...

"The hotel was very clean, efficient and exellently located for catching the Metro and walking. We felt very safe in the area. The reception area had a plentiful supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks, all FOC which was very nice to try after a long day walking about. We would definitely visit again."
