"The Mürren Palace Hotel is top-tier. The location and scenery are breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the sauna and steam rooms were a absolute dream after a long day out. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff, especially the amazing bartender. She delivered perfect custom cocktails, remembered my order, and shared it with her team. More than anything, she and the others pulled off the ultimate trick of elite service: making me feel they genuinely cared about me. Fabulous property, fabulous staff."

"Excellent location. Very close to the park. Clean hotel. Looks new. Air conditioner was very cold!! They didn’t go cheap on how low the temperature goes which is super duper good amidst the hot and humid weather in Switzerland this August. Breakfast was great! Will stay again in the future"

"Aparthotel Krone in Interlaken is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, making it effortless to get around and explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional, the staff was incredibly responsive and offered prompt replies to every question we had prior to and during our stay. The room itself was remarkably clean, sleek, and refreshingly modern. We loved the well-thought, out amenities, including air conditioning, a full coffee and tea setup complete with a Delizio espresso machine, a mini fridge, hair dryer, an in-room safe, and complimentary mini Toblerone chocolates left on the bed. The absolute highlight, however, was looking out the bedroom windows to the stunning alpine mountains and charming town views right outside. While there is no traditional room service available, the setup and thoughtful details make it a non-issue. For the price, it offers truly great value in Interlaken. We would definitely stay here again!"
