Staff were always available and very helpful! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and the breakfast was a delicious spread! Definitely recommend to anyone going to Iceland

We had high hopes for this hotel. The pictures made it seem so well maintained and polished but the spa amenities left us feeling underwhelmed. The sauna and hot tubs didn’t seem to be cleaned, there were bugs and leaves in the water. The sauna didn’t get as warm as most do and there were no towels on the towel rack and it didn’t look like it was cleaned from the day prior. The property in general didn’t seem to be maintained well. The rooms however were very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was an average stay for an above average price.
