My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The room was pretty clean and comfortable with a small balcony with a view of the ocean. The amenities were very nice and included a shaving kit, which I had never seen before. It had robes, slippers and a little fridge. The walls were also well insulated and we did not have much external noise. That said there were a few cons. The aircon SAID is was at 60F but it was extremely warm if that was the correct temp. In general the room was clean but there was hair in the tub (definitely NOT mine!) and the coffee pot had not been cleaned out (minor yuck). Lastly the TV reception was mediocre and the on-demand movies were unviewable. Given all that, I still enjoyed my visit and would stay again.

The rooms are clean and good for vacationers, maybe not so much for business travelers, no useful electrical outlets for computer or phone chargers. Otherwise staff was wonderful, very helpful and the amenities were well maintained and staffed.
My visit was short but the 3 days I stayed on the 4th floor in a newly renovated room
Views of the ocean were great
Only issue was outside noise from the hallway entered from under neath the front door mostly noticeable in the morning when foot traffic passed
"Nice hotel, little bit old, but very good location"
I had club room, so I had also acces to the lounge, it was great!
Breakfast for free, snacks anytime and drinks & food, from 17 to 19!
Beach cabanas for free!
And perfect service!
I will go there again for sure!!!
Hotel Beach was also amazing
Very good location!
The hotel is very run-down once you get out of the lobby. Some of the floors are better than others. The wallpaper in the hallways is peeling, the room may or may not smell, and the amenities vary based on the room you are in (I know because my coworker also stayed here).
However, this is a decent hotel for the Island, and the area. In this price range, you have to kind of tolerate what you get. You are close to the beach, there is a nice little bar, and a pool. So I would still recommend the hotel, but just be aware of the shortcomings.
"Easy to navigate from, close to many shops and the"
We arrived in the middle of the night and our room was ready for us. I managed to cut my hand on coral and it bled through the bandage onto the sheets. we reported it immediately- no problem. Nice enough rooms if a little dated. Very roomy. It should very nice when the construction is finished.
"Clean room, good wifi, great access to Tumon Bay"
I went to Guam for business and found this hotel to be a great option. It's relatively central in Tamuning, the room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was (mostly) reliable and it probably had one of the best views and beaches of any of the hotels along the strip. Definitely spend the extra coin for the beach view. Whatever your reason for going to Guam, I'd highly recommend renting a paddle board from the on-site rental and checking out the bay...or at least take your goggles and check out the fish!

The staff was very helpful. When I arrived a found out that I was on a ground floor, which I prefer not to have. The staff was will to try and find me a different room and they did find me a higher floor. Very good customer service.

Located on the west coast, Tumon is Guam’s tourist center. Often called “the Paris of the Pacific,” Tumon has luxury and mid-scale shops—one of the shopping centers even has the world’s largest tunnel aquarium. The white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the bay are enclosed by a long coral reef, creating a gentle pool that is perfect for swimming, fishing, and snorkeling. Choose from a variety of restaurants and enjoy nightlife that ranges from jazz and rock n’ roll clubs to karaoke.
