The check in clerk was awesome, helpful and knowledgable - plus no foreign accent. Room was comfortable with over average amenities and the inside little convenience store was well stocked.

The property is well taken care of, has a nice jacuzzi and heated pool, good breakfast, and helpful front desk. It’s a short drive to old town Truckee, and in a quiet location. I enjoyed my stay.

Place is excellent to stay when in Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to restaurants. Facility was great. Staff were all professional and welcoming. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Rooms were nice, breakfast is the best breakfast i've ever had in a regular hotel. Breakfast burritos, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. However, the downside is that the cafe is really small so it's impossible to find seating. But they let you take the food upstairs to the room. The rooms are fine. my only complain is they have those sheer curtains so it gets bright in the morning. It's really close to donner and sugarbowl so it's convenient for a ski trip.

Great hotel, one mishap
Very cozy, has all the amenities and is in walking distance of fifty fifty brewing and other restaurants nearby. I enjoyed that it's on the running/biking path as well. The hotel is a little loud - could hear guests walking around on the floor above us. My only real complaint is that we had left the room service sign outside our door while we went skiing, but they never came to freshen up our room. I called the front desk for extra towels. They were super busy so it took them about an hour to bring new ones. Overall though, a fantastic hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and workout room. I'd come here again.

Passable place to sleep. Sparsely furnished. Who picked those goofy lamps - took a while to figure out how to turn them on. Needs more USB ports. Friendly staff. How about a glass for the bathroom instead of a mug from some diner. Great price. Not enough blankets on the beds.

Great experience
Our room was quiet, very clean, with comfortable bed, great water pressure, nice size refrigerator and freezer. The complimentary breakfast included continental items, as well as scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, chorizo burritos, make-your-own waffles, and more. Friendly staff. Conveniently located a few minutes from Northstar. We'll definitely stay again.
