"Lovely spacious room in the old city close to the Fort. We had room 104 of the collection of Blanco B&B’s which is over a Bar. This does mean it can be very noisy early in the morning when they’re setting up the cafe and also the early morning garbage and bottle collections are very loud. The people who run the cafe s are lovely and we enjoyed a delicious and basic Italian breakfast there each morning as part of our booking. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Terme. Great beach with a fun strand to enjoy a walk with lots of restaurants. Federica was the hotel rep at the front desk was a total pro and so nice. The hotel manager, Gianni Cegue was very helpful with parking and couldn't have been nicer also. If we ever get back to this part of Italy, will definitely stay here again!"

We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper mattress. Then to move to another room elsewhere for additional cost of €60, this additional cost was not in our budget. The room was not the problem, using translate, we explained the actual problem was the bed frame was Unstable. Our stay was 3 nights. We left after 2 nights, we messaged host advising. Basic needs of a Good nights sleep is essential. We did not receive this due to the Poor quality of the bed in this room. We had access to the kitchen. Basic: Microwave Coffee machine and kettle. Fridge/freezer. Low additional crockery. There is a lift, Room on 5th Floor. Poor soundproofing. Other tenants in the properties above could be heard, children running above, talking, doors banging. For those wanting TV only Italian Stations. This was not a problem for us don't need. We did not have a view. All these sites advertising accommodation need to check out what They are offering their customers. And ensure that the facts are correct. As for the town, Trani has a nice Port. "
