"This is a lovely and charming cottage in the setting of the farms and vineyards of the Loire Valley. The cottage was beautifully restored with rustic beams, a nice kitchen, and a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom with two comfortable beds and skylights. We were greeted by ducks and chickens in the private front yard and presented a bottle of Sancerre by the owner. There were instructions for all the appliances, but only one omission. There were no instructions for the heating. This was not a big problem as the bedrooms were very warm and comfortable. "We all enjoyed our stay at the Les Tramois. The cottage is really charming and is set in a beautiful location. There are horses, a donkey, peacocks, fish, hens… Our children loved interacting with the animals, jumping into a huge paddling pool as well as doing archery and bouncing on a trampoline. Lots to do for the young! There is a nice woody walk and a well equipped charcoal bbq. Fabien is a wonderful unobtrusive but very helpful host. Thank you for having us!"

"This house is a true gem and it was hard to leave. "The terrain/garden and view are fantastic. To encounter a place with ample space and trees for many many species of birds is a delight. Great oppurtunity for birders to take some good photo's from your terrace! Surroundings made me wonder why I don't live in Jars myself.....Paul (and his wife!) and Isabelle were very nice and helpful. The owner Luc is swift and friendly in his replies."
