This guest house is like a hostel in many ways but with the creative use of one lot not a huge property as I thought it would be. We had booked a tent experience which is a screen tent, holding a bed, night tables, lamp and fan, below a roof and side walls. Our unit had a whole side section about 6ft without a barrier so we could see to the next tent, wooden slats around the tent are not together which lets air flow in but gives little privacy. The gate style wooden door into our tent was not wide enough
to close so no privacy to the common area. There is a communal kitchen for storing and prepping your food. What surprised me is how quiet the place was and by 8:30-9 people had gone to bed. Young people were very welcoming to us 70 seniors. Two single toilets and two showers communal. Across the road from the beach and a few minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry, IGA and other beaches and trails.
