Family break - end August 23
Great villa in a quiet golf resort. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it is really quite spacious indoors and cool with 3 good size bedrooms and decent sized bathrooms, perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. The villa has a great sized pool with really nice water temp and plenty of pool toys which along with the new table tennis table kept us all entertained. The Wi-Fi at villa was great and the Wii kept us busy when we needed a break from the sun! The kitchen had everything we needed and a large fridge/freezer which was great for all our supplies. The supermarket is a 5min walk away so as we didn’t have a car, we used the very useful shopping bag trolley on wheels and large beach bags (at the villa) to carry our water and beverages back, very handy in the heatwave! We didn’t fancy the loud entertainment at the golf club/Clover bar so headed to the boulevard for dinner most nights. We particularly liked the Players bar for drinks/football,the Tasty Bites Indian, Gustoza Italian and Chill out pizza for casual eat in/takeaway. Also mention the MMGR club just down the road was great for beer and tapas any time of day. Headed to Los Alcazares one evening (15 euros each way in taxi) and enjoyed the shops, bars and the atmosphere outside, would have liked to visit in the day but was too hot when we visited. All in all a very relaxing week during the back end of the heat wave in a really nicely furnished comfortable villa,we highly recommend if that’s what you are after..

Not quite sure have to rate this lovely villa
Lots better than the pictures… lovely location on the resort.. great Com’s from the owners and helpful nice key holders.. private in the back garden.. all in all a great villa at a great price.. now for the one but important negative… after day 3 the pool started to turn green and by the end of the week it was dark green and no way could you swim in it for the second half of the holiday…and it really did impact on are holiday as all we wanted to do was relax and swim..l am not blaming the owner or key holder .. but the pool cleaner and the cleanliness of the pool really needs to be addressed because it is letting down (on this occasion ) a great value package

Fabulous villa on an excellent resort
Great villa well equipped and very comfortable and in a great location on the resort . Any issues were dealt with immediately The owner Shannon and key holder John were excellent . Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and well stocked supermarket .The private heated pool was an added bonus . Can’t wait to book again .

Excellent Villa
Pictures don’t do the villa justice, it has everything you need, great location, 3-5 mins walk to spar & boulevard where there is a good selection of bars/restaurants, 2 mins from main hotel & amenities, pool is a great size and the pool heating was perfect for a stay in October (also reasonably priced extra compared to other villas we’ve stayed in) owner was extremely helpful, I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend

Lovely villa
I stayed in this lovely villa with 3 of my friends. Check in and check out process was absolutely fantastic and the host was so accommodating to our needs. Had everything you needed and more! I would definitely stay back at this villa, the location is fab and it has working air con and lots of space. We left our lilos there and hope to see them next year as we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Excellent villa
We have stayed on this resort a few times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Pool heating was great seeing as it was February. Villa is very well equipped with a superb new kitchen. Loads of extras Wii, Alexa and loads of pool and board games plus a brand new table tennis table. Will be returning for sure.

Fab family holiday 😎🤗🌞🏡
Just returned from a fab family holiday in this great villa.😍 We arrived a little later than arranged due to car hire confusion at the airport. Within 15 mins of arrival, Leaza arrived to check all was ok for us, and to show us how the aircon ect worked. We have stayed on the resort many times over the passed 5 years and love it. 🤗This was one of the best villas we have holidayed in. We spent 17 nights as a family of 5, with other family joinng us on the resort for a week during our stay, some in another villa and some in the hotel. We had the best time👍 Altogether there was 12 of us,🤗 there was no problem cooking for us all on most nights. The BBQ was fab, 🍗🥩🍔🥗🥓, everything we needed in the kitchen, and anything else we needed we picked up from the Chinese shop near the Dialprix supermarket so all good👍. This lovely home in the sun, had a fab living space, good sized bedrooms, lovely bathroom and en-suite. Fab outdoor space, for dining and relaxing by the pool, 🤽‍♀️😎👙which was also a good size. Any issues we had Leaza was there and we sorted straight away, she was brilliant 💐 The villa is just a short walk to the hotel, on site supermarket, paddle courts and the restaurants on the Boulevard, so an ideal spot to spend your time in the sun🌞. Great communication with Shannon the owner, any question we had prior to our arrival was answered promtley. You truly have a home from home in the sun 💝. We hope to return soon, 🤞🏡many thanks to both of you, Shannon and Leaza.👏👏 We have wonderful family memories for us to treasure for ever.💞 Very best wishes Lisa & Family xx xx

Lovely villa
Lovely villa ideal for any family. Everything is provided and available and lots of extras that are very handy ie Alexa speaker, international plugs, books and board games to keep you entertained for days. Villa over looks a golf course and is set in a golf complex. Plenty of entertainment night and day. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Lovely villa with pool
We stayed for a week at the end of June with adult children and partners, so 6 of us in all and there was plenty of room. The pool is great, lovely and clean and a good size with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture by the pool and on the upstairs terrace. We used the outdoor dining area and gas barbecue most days but also enjoyed the big tv and comfy lounge. The whole villa is tastefully furnished with new bathrooms upstairs and comfy beds with A/C for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the little extras including filter coffee machine and electric juicer for fresh coffee and Spanish orange juice at breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problems cooking for 6 most nights. The villa backs on to the edge of the golf course so the back garden feels open even with a hedge for privacy and is not directly overlooked. Overall I would highly recommend this villa for a family or couple and would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Great location, superb Villa and Pool !
WE love the location of the villa on the Mar Menor Golf resort as it is so close to the hotel, onsite shop, padel tennis and only a short distance walk to the Boulevard with new restaurants opening all of the time. The villa has been updated and the new bathrooms upstairs are lovely. We paid to have the pool heated which was lovely and warm, despite the heavy rainfall that we had while we were there ! Will definitely be returning here

The Villa was perfectly situated on the complex so nothing is more than a few minutes walk
I went there in half term with my 2 boys as we fancied a quick get away. We were not disappointed, the Villa was spotlessly kept and exactly how it was portrayed in the advert. It was perfectly located for both the hotel (2 minute walk) and the new Spar supermarket (4 minute walk) and the Boulevard where the bars/restaurants are (5 minute walk). Shannon was very helpful and always on end for even the most obscure question such as “where is the nearest crazy golf”. I would definitely consider renting the Villa again in the future.

Fantastic villa
I would highly recommend this villa. We loved staying here and had a great holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need. The pool is beautiful and we spent most of the week chilling out by the pool and we all enjoyed the basket chairs they were so comfortable. This villa is also in a great location on the resort's as it is easy walking distance to spa, the hotel and the restaurants on the boulevard. The communication from the owners was excellent and lots of helpful information was provided before we arrived. Thank you also to Leiza for the shopping and for being so helpful.

Beautiful villa and amazing resort
This was our first time in this villa and 8th time on resort. The villa was beautiful, everything we needed and perfect location The kids especially loved the wii to play on and use of the scooters. The pool is huge and lovely and warm with the heaters on. Met the neighbors too who were lovely. We hire a car and travel to Los Alcázares and local beaches, Horadada is my favourite. We will be booking this villa again 😊

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location
What a beautiful villa! From our initial enquiry through to departure information, I felt well looked after, with answers to all my questions. The villa is exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool is a good size and the outside dining area is perfect with a gas BBQ. Bedrooms are fine, with air/con in 2 of them... refurbished bathrooms are great. All the extras at the villa were great - smart TV, Wii, hair gadgetry, pool toys, scooters etc... an excellent added touch! The kids loved the egg seats!!! The golf resort is relaxed and offers many facilities but we mainly travelled to the nearby beaches and towns... a fantastic villa location to explore the Mar Menor. Not only did Leeza help up with any house issues, she also pointed us in the right direction for good food and beaches etc... We've had a wonderful holiday here and hope to return again in the future ... many thanks :-)

Beautiful villa. Perfect location. Peaceful. Easy to get around.
The villa was perfect for us. We did not have a car this year as we usually do. But transfer from airport 15mins 25euro. 2 mins to spar supermarket. Less than 10mins walk to boulevard. And 10 mins to los Alcazares 15euro taxi. Lovely restaurants in square. As we wanted relaxing hol. We only went twice. Otherwise salad and fruit outside we only went indoors to go to bed. Would like to say a micowave would have been handy for milky coffee in mornings but no biggy. Or a small milk saucepan. Only upset was our last day the gardeners were about. Started at 8am. In our villa around 10.45 until 12.30 was very noisy. And couldn't use pool or sunbeds. And until got 2 or 3 houses away it got quiet. So lost a lot of the day. But still overall fantastic time.

What an amazing find this villa was absolutely perfect!
We stayed for a week with our 4 children ranging from 19 months to 13... during the weeks holiday we had a wedding at the intercontinental Hotel on the resort. It’s a beautiful modern bright spacious villa the photos don’t do the Villa justice there was everything we could possisbly need! it was also highly maintained & cleaned by Leaza who is very lovely & accommodating. Great communication from the start with the owners Daimon & Shannon we would like to say a massive thank you and we defiantly hope to return in the future! Love the new Mr & Mrs Packham xx

The property was very good but due to a delay in flights we arrived when shops were closed. Lots of construction happening nearby. There was very little to do probably due to it being the beginning of the season but we had a reasonably relaxing holiday.

Golfing break with Friends
We luckily found this little gem on Home and Away, everything seemed ideal for 3 couples to share a what looked like a very nice Villa with great facilities at a very cost effective price. We all agreed we couldn't have found better. It did indeed turn out to be just as described and would be hard to expect any more. Great location on a friendly complex, walking distance to bars and supermarket. The owners were most helpful and communicative, would highly recommend.

Amazing villa, modern, clean and fresh!
We had a fantastic stay, we are a family of 3, our son is 9 and spent all of his time either in the lovely pool or playing with the Wii when it was too hot. The villa is finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and soft furnishings. The ensuite to the master is a full bathroom, with bath, incorporating an overhead spray and additional rainfall shower head, the basin is large with lots of storage and the water was lovely and hot! The bedrooms are all a good size, they all have a full length mirror on the interior of wardrobe doors, the storage again is very generous, loads of hangers in each room. It is obvious that the villa has been done with a great deal of care and attention by the owners and is well maintained by the lovely Leaza who was very helpful and accommodating! I have already booked the villa again for August this year when we will return as a family of 6. Can't wait!!!!! Thanks again for a fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Well kept grounds and great facilities on site. We have stayed in other villas on this resort but this one stands out due to the open aspect at the back and not being overlooked. It is very peaceful. Outside area is immaculate, pool was warm, modern comfortable loungers and furniture not to mention the solar heated shower! There is also an upstairs terrace perfect for relaxing. Inside the villa is modern, spacious and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. A great space for families. Lots of storage in all bedrooms. Attention to detail from the owners including a wii, games for kids, golf clubs etc make it obvious this is a well loved home from home and we can’t wait to return.

Fabulous villa
Spent an amazing weekend at Shannon and Damien’s villa, the photos don’t do it justice...inside was modern and spotless and pool, which we got heated, was fabulous. We were 5 40(ish) year old friends on a weekend without our husbands or kids and this was just what we were looking for! We found the golf resort pretty quiet but then we don’t play golf! We spent most nights at Los Alcázares (only 15€ in a taxi) and had lovely restaurants and a good few bars that kept us out way too late!!! We ate lunch at the hotel complex a few times and was delicious. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone, not just golfers although there are many courses on site.

Dissapointing
The area around the house was dirty, master bedroom and ensuite very small. Electrics kept tripping, lounge furniture very basic, one large settee and a bean bag! No inside table and chairs. Worst we have experienced.

I am sorry the villa was not what you were expecting, there are a lot of photos of outside and inside the villa and it is exactly as described including the beanbag (which kids like) and al fresco dining. We do welcome all constructive feedback and we will take on board your comments and see if we can fit an inside table. I can assure you all areas were cleaned on the morning of your arrival but when it is windy, leaves can gather in the terrace. I was under the impression you had stayed at Mar Menor before and all villas have similar size rooms. I am sorry you experienced issues with the electrics but we have a fantastic onsite keyholder who would have organised an electrician if you had reported this but you only raised it after your stay when I had to contact you as you had not left the cleaning money.

A fantastic villa, equipped with everything we needed for a great holiday. A real home from home.
Shannon and Damians villa was perfect for our break. The villa is furnished to a high standard and really well equipped. The outdoor space was excellent and we really enjoyed spending afternoons by (and in) the pool followed by BBQ on the gas barbecue. There was plenty of space for our party of five with the sun terrace upstairs, all the outdoor space by the pool and the large living area. Couldn’t recommend the property highly enough. Although the location was further away from the coastal resorts the facilities within the golf resort and within walking distance nearby were great with some good restaurants. It was a great base to explore the area.

"Perfecto"
I must start this review by saying the owners communications and flexability to make our stay a great one were second to none. This was our fourth stay on this resort ,and due to its orientation we found this villa to be a perfect mix of sunshine and shade. The pool is fantastic as is the surrounding patio,enjoy a lovely view whilst sunbathing by the pool ,(far better than many of the other back to back villas) and the new decor and showers are a great improvement,with the the supermarket and magnificent Inter Continental Hotel (which has entertainment ) just a stroll up the road, this truly is a great location. Of the many restaurants on the nearby Boulevard,we can recommend Tasty Bites, a great menu for all pallets. Minutes from Los Alcazares old square ,packed with restaurants and ice cream parlours, a truly Spanish and relaxing feeling especially in the evenings. We would love to return to this villa so thanks again to Damion & Shannon, and Thanks Leeza for the cool beers & shopping in the fridge. Sincerely Andy & kerry

Bad weather, beautiful villa
newly renovated villa, well maintained with all what you need for a short or long stay. Spacy and well equipped kitchen, furniture with enough space for a family and a large, covered patio to enjoy warm summer evenings. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy so that we couldn't use neither the patio nor the large pool. But an effective heating kept the house warm and cozy.

Buen sitio para descansar. Poca limpieza
El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pero mucho masa pequeño las fotos engañan. La limpieza del interior de la villa sólo aceptable. Por fuera había hasta telarañas muy sucio. Se lo remití al propietario y me dijo que no tenía problema en venir a limpiar, pero las cosas no son así, cuando tú llegas a un lugar quieres que todo esté perfecto. Uno de los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones goteaba, resbale y me lastime el tobillo. Se que el propietario me responderá que me mandó un mensaje avisándome, no lo leí, es cierto, pero también tengo que decir que lo del aire me lo dijo una vez pagada la reserva. Espero que todas las quejas que le transmití al propietario sirva para que cuiden más la villa y los próximos huéspedes se sientan mejor. Es una villa pequeña pero muy bonita. Lo mejor la piscina, y está situada en una urbanización muy tranquila, sólo se oye a los pajarillos. No es para nada una villa de lujo.

Un lugar perfecto para unas buenas vacaciones
Una de las cosas que más nos ha gustado esque la casa estaba muy equipada. Tenía muchos juegos de mesa y juegos para la piscina. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente y además el supermercado estaba muy cerca de la casa. Los propietarios siempre han contestado rápido a los mensajes y nos han ayudado si lo necesitábamos. Muchas gracias por estos días.

Nos ha gustado mucho en general, la casa bonita y comoda, tener una piscina para nosotros solos, es un lujo. Bien equipada, cocina completa, y ademas hemos tenido la suerte de estrenarla, barbacoa, y mesa de pin pon, donde, tanto mallores como pequeños hemos disfrutado. La ubicacion perfecta, en una urbanizacion tranquila, a diez min. de los supermercados de Los Alcazares (aunque la urbanizacion tiene un super) y las playas a partir de 20 min. Para terminar, la propietaria, una gran anfitriona.
