"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area."

"We stayed at this house for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen which was a huge bonus for us as we cook nearly all our meals even when traveling. Four adults and pets were easily accommodated at this property, with room to spare. We spent our days exploring the surrounding mountains and lakes and our nights relaxing in the house with home cooked meals. If we return to this beautiful area of the southwest we would definitely book...

"We did a company trip with daily visits to the lake. The owner really thought of everything from a bbq to Cornhole boards. Everything you need in a nice remodeled house. I would not Change anything it was such a great experience. If you are visiting the Roosevelt area for any reason this place is a must stay. Can’t wait for another trip at this property. Shawn M"

"This is a really special place, primarily due to the staff (who likely include the owners). They were very welcoming and accommodating. The cabins are quaint and get the job done, in a somewhat rustic way. We enjoyed their communal dinner twice and it was fantastic, and breakfast was great, too. I would definitely stay there again!"
