"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."

"Great property in a very scenic area. We climbed in nearby Redinha and walked through the surrounding villages. The local supermarket was very friendly and well stocked and we recommend the local Brasserie/takeaway in Santa Guardia. We were warm during cold nights with the heating system and a blanket and had sunny clear weather during our stay. Eurico was very helpful and we knew we could reach out to him at any time if we needed assistance with anything. Great place to stay!"
