"My room was filthy. Dirty bedsheets and blankets with stains. Bathroom was awful dirty. Hideabed was missing. I was shown two other room just as bad even one that had a broken sink. Front desk staff admitted to Expedia agent the issues but said wasn’t approval person to give refund. Expedia attempted to reach approving manager who wouldn’t respond. Will be disputing thru credit card company. Left next morning of 4 scheduled nights. I’d have left that first night except I’d been traveling for 11 hours with a broken foot and was struggling in pain to walk anywhere."
