It’s always quiet and clean when I stay there. I like the service they provide. Now the breakfast is okay if they can have more options of breakfast sausages like turkey instead of just pork

The WiFi did not work in our room. The person at the front desk repeatedly said there was nothing wrong with the WiFi and would not go to our room to confirm it did not connect. It did work in the lobby but was weak. We were forced to go sit in the lobby to connect to the weak signal.

I traveled to my hotel and could not stay due to my room not being clean nor any other rooms being available per manager Amber who also refused to give her last name as well as any receipt for me for proof of purchase. The room was also very strong with bleach masking other smells, and I could not breathe, Amber (manager) and Christine (cleaning lady) got angry then replied what else are they supposed to clean with and ignored my request. The bed had visible staining as well as hair from the bed pillows to the floor, but the manager told me it's nothing she can do and asked me to leave by telling me I can go.

The bathroom didn't offer shower gel or lotion. The bathroom fixtures looked a little older, but it was great! Microwave AND fridge! Loved that!

The room and bathroom were dirty. Service was offered once for the week reserved. Neighbors were loud with music and excessive smell of weed. No resolution to neighbors’ behavior was achieved. No alternatives were offered to us. We left and moved to another hotel without any compensation or refund.
