Great location my first trip to Japan Train station Z Line is below the hotel. Good location for quiet hotel but close enough to the main attractions and nearby cities I paid for breakfast and was great also afternoon tea and snacks Also they have a decent gym for anyone wanting to workout Weights machines and cardio Dumbbells up to 70's

Great place to stay while visiting Tokyo, subway is right at the basement level of the hotel. Getting to Ginza and other places very convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located … beautifully presented…helpful staff but most didn’t speak English very well which was limiting but those that did were extremely helpful

As I have been using this hotel since 90’s, I can tell inside the room is a bit outdated. Still nice but they could update the bathroom. Apart from that, this is my go-to hotel when I visit Tokyo - business and pleasure. The location is very nice as it is right next to T-CAT (Haneda and Narita airport) and it is right above the metro station (Suitengu). I can hop on a train and go anywhere from there. It is also a good meeting place with friends, et al as we can go anywhere from there. It is dead quiet in the rooms all day. I cannot even hear the traffic on the highways right next to the hotel. The staff is awesome. They are very professional and always helpful. They go above and beyond expectations. A bit pricey but nice things are. Try this hotel. I bet you will enjoy your stay there.

The property is relative old but spacious compare to the newer hotels. Service is really good as many staff speak English.

Centrally located, bus and train stations are literally around the corner. Lots of great local restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are a bit smaller but you can store luggage with front desk. I would stay here again!

The hotel location is very convenient for public transport (TCAT and subway). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception is modern and impressive but in comparison the bedrooms are somewhat dated. However, they are spacious and clean. We had the breakfast option and the food was delicious with lots of variety. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location
Hotel is large and conveniently location. Airport shutter buses stop(both narita snd haneda)right next to the hotel. Shopping and good restaurants are rather nearby. However, there are different room types, some are renovated and some are not. The difference between them can be quite vast.

This was right next to TCAT, the station that connects both airports. It is very quiet.

Convenient and close to train station
The hotel was close to train station and easily accessible to many food restaurants. Not sure if New Years played a part in the many street venders along the walkways but it was great to see the various crafts and food venders before returning to our hotel. We upgraded to a larger room on the 18th floor and it had a beautiful view of the city. If we stayed in our booked room of 280 sq. ft. I think it would have been too small for us. Housekeeping kept the room nice and clean. The airport limousine service office was right next to hotel so getting back to airport was a breeze. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Royal Park Chuo Gem
Impressed with this hotel. Staff were friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and catered for all. We did experience the Teppanyaki restaurant at the hotel and that was superb. Our room was huge compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. It was a bit dated but clean, comfortable and had all amenities. We loved the location in Chuo. Great neighbourhood with small shops and convenience stores. It’s a short walk to the Sumida river and you can easily walk along the side for some distance. It was handy to have the Tokyo bus terminal next door with access from the hotel. We caught the limousine bus to Narita from there. There are some great small restaurants on the 2nd floor of that building. There is a subway station running underneath and the hotel has easy access to the platforms. Overall a great hotel and we will stay there again.

Royal park Nihonbashi is a super convenient location to and from airport. Staff is friendly and professional. My second stay here - spacious and clean room, thoughtful amenities, wasy access to subway stations! Thank you team at Royal Park Nihonbashi for making my stay enjoyable!
