I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. It is located nicely in Ginza, walking distance to many shops and the Tokyo station. Very close to many different metro/train stations. The rooms were decent sized for a twin room, very clean. Generous breakfast buffet and the staff was very nice.

Wifi was so slow. I even had to go out and use the street free wifi, which was so much faster. Otherwise, location was close to Ginza. As expected, the room was a little small but managable.

The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations and restaurants. Customer service is subpar. Bedroom is nice and clean. However, the bathroom has a smell that does not go away even after daily room cleaning.

A clean hotel. Friendly staff. Extremely small rooms. Breakfast is good, lots of options but the breakfast area (which is at the lobby Italian restaurant) is very small so sometimes I need to wait for a table before I can sitting down for breakfast. If you don't the small room and breakfast condition mentioned, it is a nice hotel to stay at.

We had a room with 3 twin beds. It was very tight. I am 5’2 and I could touch the ceiling in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend for tall people. Located in a quiet, safe area which was enjoyable as other places we visited were so busy. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful place to stay in Tokyo. Quiet area and very near high end Ginza shopping district. 5 to 10 minute taxi ride and 20 minute walk to Tokyo station. Great place to stay if one doesn’t care for the crowd in shinjuku and Shibuya.

Sunroute Ginza is conveniently located near many subway stations and Family Marts. The staff were very friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was amazing!! There was a variety of fresh vegetables, hot food, Japanese foods, breads, teas and coffee. Our room was quiet and big enough for us. I would book again.

Lovely hotel with nice clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Staff was nice and very responsive. Convenient to public transportation and cupscale shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great service, location, and value. 4th time staying here. Same two issues as before preventing a 5 star rating: 1. Poor phone wifi connection. The further into the room you are, the worse the connection/speed is. I often find myself standing near the door to get reliable speeds. 2. Some visible mold around tub/shower/toilet. But otherwise, for the value and location, I’d be coming back for sure.

This hotel was fine for what we paid. The location is convenient and is within walking distances of a few subway stations. The only thing worth pointing out is that the wifi is horrendous as everyone says. It was impossible to load anything let alone do any work. Moreover, when attempting to send our luggages to our next stop in Kyoto the employee at the front desk didn't think it pertinent to inform us that the luggages needed to be sent the day before if we wanted them to arrive the day of our arrival. It was our first time sending luggages so we had no idea what to expect and the person helping us told us that giving the luggage on the morning of our check-out date would be fine. Overall, I don't think I would be back unless there were no other options available.
