The hotel was perfect for our trip to Tokyo, it was close to both a train station and bus station. There is abundance of food options nearby all within walking distance. Staff were very nice, check in and check out was easy. They spoke some English and had translation sheets for main hotel information.

This property was centrally located which makes it easy to buses and train. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had 4 single beds, but the room was very small overall. The washroom was very small

This hotel is located to be close to the station, there are convenience stores and restaurants, I think it's very convenient. The room is very tiny but considering the price, I think it's fair enough.

I’m really glad I booked this property. It’s so close to the subway station (5 min walk) while simultaneously being close to restaurants. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The room was small, but very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

It's okay, but quite far...
Basic hotel, just a place to sleep and have a shower after being out all day. Kasai train station is a walking distance which is a plus although hotel itself is quite far from any touristy areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza etc.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and they also had free alcoholic drinks. The staff are very nice and helpful. Some of them speak english as well. There are a lot of restaurants nearby such as MacDonalds, ramen and sushi places, etc. The metro is a very short walk away and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

A well-appointed hotel for visiting Disney
This was such a nice hotel in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood near good public transit connections. The value was great for the price and the staff were helpful and gracious. I liked the different room-cleaning options (so clever that they're magnets you just stick on the door!) and though the dining area was small, the free soft drinks and coffee were a great touch and the breakfast was tasty. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. The hotel is also near a bus stop that goes directly to Tokyo Disney Resort, and I would recommend getting there before 7 am to get to the parks in the best amount of time.

Room size: good Location : 5 min walks to Kasai bus station and Kasai metro. Good eateries in walking distance. Staff: helpful Breakfast: was very bad.very less options. Pre toasted bread was served. No options for vegan.

Orbitz gives wrong information about the amenities: the hotel provides with towels and other amenities. It also offers free drinks at the first floor dining area: alcohol (beer, sake and wine) is free for one hour until 10 pm. The bust station for Disney resort is within 3 minutes baby walk. You will lots of foreigners, which tells about the popularity of this hotel. You won’t regret.

Nice hotel.
The hotel is good and with great amenities, value for money. However, they do not clean the toilet for our entire stay but they replenish the amenities everyday.
