We enjoyed our stay. Our room on the executive floor was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for shopping, dining and transportation. The breakfast in the 1st floor restaurant was great, the restaurant staff were excellent.

I recently visited Tokyo and stated at this hotel for 7 nights. I had a corner room with free breakfast each morning. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards. Separate toilet and bathing areas. Large deep soaking tub. Floor to ceiling windows and a great view of the action. This hotel was in the perfect location. Each of the top 3 convenience stores were across the street. Less than 5 minute walk to luxury shopping, gardens and museums. Steps away from the subway station. Every type of restaurant was just a stone’s throw a way. The staff was extremely helpful and always kind and polite. Language barrier wasn’t an issue. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit. 5/5

it is close to shopping center full of shopping malls, which are walkable. it's very quiet when you stay inside. Also it has spacious space for me, including all utilities I need, which are very fancy brand. It is constructed by safety materials as well, feeling safe to stay. What's more, the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they could give me more water I need. I need to drink a lot every day.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel is well located and in close proximity to the subway, great shopping and many dining options. It’s just a short walk to Tsukiji Market.

The hotel is location in prime location. Within same block to gates of major train lines and walking distance to Tsukiji market and Ginza shopping area. The room is very spacious compare to most hotels in Tokyo. It was also clean and feels new. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and the check in - check out process were very quick. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in Ginza.

The hotel is nice and in good location especially if you want to shop, there are multiple brands shops and malls as we as department stores. The rooms are small, even though I booked and paid for a large room. It is also noisy at night and if you are light sleeper the noise from the main road will wake you up.

Staff is great and hotel is beautiful but cleaning could be better. They’re not very particular and some stains in the bathroom were left behind when we checked in. The staff at the front desk is amazing and super sweet though and we love that this hotels rooms are a bit more spacious than others

It was our first time staying at this hotel in Tokyo, and the staff were very helpful both during and before our stay, recommending a great car service for our transfer from Haneda airport. When the service wasn't available on our way out to the airport, the reception staff called a taxi for us quickly upon our request. Check-in was an easy process and our room was spacious, clean, and had all amenities expected (toiletries, hair dryer, safe, etc.). Would recommend to those looking for a convenient location with many dining and shopping options nearby. Easy access to other areas either by cab or public transportation, with the nearest subway station we used an approximately 5 minute walk away.

I was hesitant in booking because there weren’t a lot of reviews and I’ve never stayed here, but am I absolutely glad I did. I loved everything about the place. I loved that the shower is separate from the toilet and that they have an awesome rain shower! Super clean/hygienic room and hotel, spacious and great layout rooms, good amenities, close to everything in Tokyo but still quiet and classy. This will probably be my go to hotel since it’s not run down and I like that it’s not full carpet but has wooden floors. The staff is amazing!!! I love this place!
