I had a wonderful stay. The room and hotel was lovely and serene. The restaurant and bar had excellent and diverse food and drink and the service was fabulous. So too was the front desk staff who assisted me with travel arrangements I required at very short notice.

Perfect oasis in heart of Trichy
This was exactly what I had hoped for: a very quiet, clean and comfortable oasis within easy reach of the sights of Trichy. The web-site is very accurate in terms of photos. It is so new and clean, really immaculate, and the bed was super comfortable and large, with great linen. Bathroom perfect. Only thing is that it is located near a very busy road, so if you are a light sleeper do request a quieter room (I did and slept really well - Roshith at reception was great and he changed my room on check-in when I requested somewhere quieter, without hesitation). The pool area is very nice, but, again, it's just behind a busy road, so bring ear plugs or headphones if you want to chill here. Again, super clean area (it was nice they let me use the pool after check-out). Food was excellent, both the breakfast and dinner buffets. I liked the fact that the head chef came over to make sure everything was well. I'm not a huge fan of spicy food but it was done so well, it was a pleasure to try all the different dishes, and there were so many. For this price, it's unbelievable (at least for anyone from Europe). My only one comment for improvement would be to turn down and vary the 'mood' music which plays too loudly all over the hotel. I found I was not inclined to lounge in lobby or over meals, as there was a constant noise (I love Indian classical music but the constant flute playing got irritating). Room cleaning staff also very polite and helpful. Highly recommend!
