You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"Perfect hotel for a stopover at BRU. Reasonable rates. Free airport shuttle service . (Takes about 7 minutes.) Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Train station across from the hotel (although we’d didn’t have time to go into the city.) We’d stay here again. "
