“Convenient and pleasant”

Hotel and included buffet breakfast were both good value; shuttle to airport was efficient and quick. Only slight drawback was a celebration among a group of guests that went on in our hallway into the late hours, bit it was a good-natured event and not at all worrying. I recommend this hotel as very good for airport-oriented stay-overs.

“Not too impressed”

Not too impressed with this Novotel. I had stayed in other Novotels in Canada and Hong Kong and they were much better. Fortunately I was only staying for one night. The room wasn't too clean, the carpet was dingy and had stains, the window was cracked, the TV was an old 14" CRT (who doesn't use flat screen nowadays??), with very limited channels. There were several bugs in my room, likely due to the previous occupant leaving the windows open (the windows have no bug barrier). The internet was slow and almost unusable in the evenings. I could not even upload my photos onto Flickr without timeout errors. The restaurant was ok, prices were a bit on the high side but thats normal for hotels. The shuttle to airport was convenient. Made my hasty escape early in the morning.

The shuttle was fast and frequent. It was a little expensive for my taste but if you have the money it was clean and comfortable. Quiet and good location. I suggest walking a half mile to the center of zaventem and eating or drinking at the local places.

“Wonderful hotel”

As far as airport hotels are concerned, this is perfect. Great price, very clean, basic but comfortable and decent sized room, good shower, fantastic breakfast, fast room service, and a workout room that is pretty okay. A double door and double windows helped keep noise levels down. My room faced west and I had good sunshine. The only problem is I couldnt find a way to watch pay per view movies, but then again I did not pursue it aggressively. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Free internet access in the lobby was helpful, I could always get on except for a couple of hours in the evening when it was quite busy. I suspect just depends on flight arrivals and big groups.

“Easy access to airport and free parking”

This hotel is perfect location for dropping off car rentals, and quick access to airport. It is not ideal if you plan on sightseeing in Brussels. The morning buffet is decent, but do NOT get the evening buffet - the food is poor quality and extremely overpriced.

I would highly recommend this hotel...although my visit was less than 24 hours, I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the staff and the outstanding breakfast. Great job!
