“Frequent visitor to Lugano”

For the price, this is not a great deal. The staff was less than pleasant and not helpful. There was no wireless in the room. The room is tiny with no personality. The position is not central. Parking cost extra and they did not inform me of that before payment. The room and hotel is clean. Breakfast is good.
