1302 Colina Del Sol is a newly renovated beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in a quiet complex in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen. It is situated right on the edge of 'Los Mojones', the most exclusive part of the Old Town, and centrally located just behind the 'Biosfera' shopping centre. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all mod cons to make your holiday a relaxing one. Set in landscaped communal gardens, it boasts a lovely large patio/dining and BBQ area, and the complex pool, kiddies pool and pool bar are only 50 mtrs away. Buses and taxis are all very close by. Within close proximity are the shops, supermarkets, chemist, bars and restaurants of the famous 'Old Town' harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, where you can find anything from Irish bars with entertainment, local Spanish fish and tapas restaurants, or even our local fish and chip shop! The local beach 'Playa Chica' is only a few minutes away, and the main beaches and boulevard is only 5-10 minutes walk.

Comfortable and Convenient
A great apartment tucked away in the old town. Not fancy and not all sparkly new but everything was modern, clean and worked perfectly. The complex has an intimate, peaceful, tidy atmosphere. The pleasant pool area and bar are close by. The large balcony is a little overlooked by other properties but not too bad at all considering the central location. I would definitely chose this property again for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Both the inside and outside areas are very large and the apartment benefits from not being attached to any other properties above, or below. Local facilities are also a good mix. The communication from the owner, Bobby, are spot on.

This is a large apartment with a sunny balcony in a quiet complex. The swimming pool is a good size with a nearby pool bar. Everything you need for a lovely holiday is within walking distance. For example, plenty of restaurants around the harbour and the supermarket 5 mins walk away. Bobby was quick to reply to our emails.

Really lovely apartment
Lovely large 2 bed apartment. Close to the really good pool, which has a handy bar area for a quick sundowner and simple meals and a short walk to the local harbour and loads of restaurants etc. Super-dino shop and chemist just up the road. Hopefully booking again.
