Great front desk staff. Room was musty, toilet hissed all night, coffee maker was old and the heating element was rusty. Coffee maker probably had never been cleaned since day one. Would probably not stay here again.

Great Place to Stay
The manager was very very nice. The room was very comfortable. Could use a little more thourogh cleaning. Lots of stuff on the walls and on the carpet, but not too bad.

I was most surprised that I was the only car in the parking lot besides somebody who lived/worked at the motel. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, but it just seemed odd that we were the ONLY guests at the hotel. I am not really sure why. Maybe they accidentally booked it for that evening and had to accommodate us? The room was reasonably outfitted, and seemed clean.

I had to request that receptionist wear a mask. No hand sanitizer available in office. Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Otherwise all ok . Just looks somewhat in need of a deep clean and fresh paint. Spacious room.

The property is in a town with very few choices. The property is in decent shape, but the bathrooms and kitchenette areas are filthy. They do not provide any cleaning materials, and there are no utensils or plates. The microwave in my room was absolutely disgusting. If they would clean the place up it would get a better review.

Not so romantic getaway
There was a half dead roach in the kitchen. The stovetop had food left under the burners. This is a great hotel for oilfield workers but not for a couples getaway. We only stayed in Three Rivers so we could get halfway to San Antonio. Try getting a nicer place in George West close by. New location but be prepared to battle a lot of bugs in the parking lot since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Also my girlfriend slept off and on and fully dressed scared a bug was going to attack us.

Check in was a breeze and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. He made sure our room was next to the boat hook up which was awesome. The room was big and comfortable. The area was quiet and felt safe.

Almost perfect
Staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great stay at a good price. Housekeeping seemed to have phoned it in BEFORE our stay (room not vacuumed, uncleaned toilet, TP not even installed on the dispenser), but that's the only complaint. Just some retraining needed, in my opinion.

Guy working was more interested in playing his Xbox then helping us ! We asked for a first floor room and he says there are none available, that's odd we only seen one truck the whole time there in the parking lot

Thanks for your feedback, you stay at our property over the weekend and sometime whatever you see is not the reality, even if you seen none of the trucks during your stay that doesn't mean rooms were empty. Most of our customers are from Oil field and they went to their homes over the weekend they have their stuff in the room so it's impossible to give you something which is already occupied. Our first priority is to give the first floor to our guests. Secondly, we have fixed time for the front desk and lobby. If someone was there who gave you his service after hours that is something beyond his duty and favor he was giving it to you. I hope now you will understand the circumstances which looks normally to you but it was not what you assume.

Excellent hotel, great customer service!!
Excellent hotel with great friendly staff, was very helpful. We were in town for a fishing tournament and they took great care of us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable also very spacious. Was impressed with the price. Will be staying there again for the next tournament there. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Three Rivers.

Bugs
Was put into a room already occupied. Another guest said he was done same way same day same room. Moved to another room full of dead bugs . The room had a funk. Of there were 6 to 8 air freshener in room. I am very disappointed and will sleep in my truck before going there again.
