"I took a friend 2 nights for her birthday. The staff could not do enough for us..the rooms are dated like most hotels but very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable ..i booked a twin room room, we were give a large room with 2 double beds and sea view..the breakfast is amazing.."

"Good hotel. Nice walk behind hotel to centre of lancaster. Takes about 40 mins but like walking and weather was lovely so suited us fine. Complimentary water, juice, crisps and choc biscuits in fridge which was nice touch. Good breakfast. Overall enjoyable stay."

"Great location, clean and friendly. Small maintenance issues need to be addressed i.e. loose floor tile in bathroom and a small amount of green mould along shower screen seal. No towels in room but quickly remedied by reception. Over all a great experience, we will be staying again. "

"Loved it really comfy bed, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff who even arranged some sandwiches and chips after the bar food service had finished. Will definitely stay again when we are up visiting family or heading to Blackpool. We went to Brockhole which is well worth a visit if you stay! "
