This lovely south facing 4 bedroom villa , with its own private large pool!
The villa has air con!
5 minutes from the beach (walking) with wonderful sea and mountain views ,all enclosed in secure walled and gated gardens with mature trees, orange, lemons, palms, bougainvillea's and secluded relaxing areas. The pool is surrounded by large terraces with sun beds and garden furniture and built in barbecue ,also a very large covered terrace with L shaped settee to enjoy outdoor living. The exclusive El Portet cove is only a five minute down hill walk away where you can enjoy a drink or meal at the popular beach bars , restaurants , also small boutique hotel with a fabulous cocktail terrace and often live music over looking the sea. El Portet beach also has kayaks and paddle boards to rent in the summer . A mini Supermarket is also in El Portet. The town of Moraira is only a 15-20 minute stroll along the beautiful coastal walk past the large marina and into the village with all its shops, squares and restaurants.

Wonderful villa in perfect location
The villa is exactly as shown on the website. We were delighted to be returning to El Portet after a few years break. We had previously stayed a little further up the hill so it was perfect to be such a short stroll from the beach and restaurants. It is a genuine 5 minute walk down. Returning takes a little longer as it’s all up hill. The villa is very comfortable and has everything we needed. It was very pleasing with all the pool toys etc found in the table tennis room. Communication with Gabby and Katie was excellent. We needed to contact Katie a couple of times while there and the response was very quick and professional. The lay out was perfect for us and the outdoor seating to relax and eat were just perfect. The pool is wonderful and catches the best of the day with it being south facing. The only comment I would make is that the bbq needs some updating. We really do love being able to cook outside but this was difficult. An update and maybe some addition kit for this would be fantastic. We are looking to return in 2024 as all 5 in our party had the most wonderful holiday at Casa Bebbi. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Thank you.

Great Family Villa
This is our 3rd stay in Casa Bebbi. Always a smooth check in process. Gabby & Katie are very helpful. The Villa is always clean & filled with everything you need. It’s set in a quiet location and not over looked. The outside area is very spacious with a very comfortable shaded seating area & dining table. We spent most of the time relaxing outside. A 10 minute walk to El portet beach. Moraira is a little further but easily done and a beautiful walk in. We have stayed in other villas in the area & this is bar far the best.

Lovely villa
The photos don’t do the villa justice, it really is lovely. Pool was great, the sun was on it all day long so the water was really warm. As some of the other posters mentioned, the villa is split into two discreet sections- with the bunk room, a double and a shower bathroom in one annex with its own key, and the other two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen in the other. This suited is perfectly as we were travelling with grandparents so it meant they had their own space. We couldn’t get any Wi-Fi in the annex, apparently it should have been the same login details as the main villa but we couldn’t get it to work. Something to consider if you’re placing teens in there! Well stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and the range of cool drinks upon arrival was appreciated. One or two issues, which were resolved quickly during our stay, but overall I’d definitely recommend the villa

Authentic Spanish Villa with fab pool
Lovely rustic villa with a real homely feel. Equipped with all you could need for a relaxing holiday. Lots of nice extras like floats and beach umbrellas, you can tell they owners are experienced in ensuring you have all you could need. Fabulous pool, lovely outdoor dining and seating areas. Bedrooms nice and cool with good aircon. Great showers and bedding all crisp and clean. Restaurant at bottom of hill was a surprising find too. Beach is a short walk and nicely sheltered. We did use the car a few times to go back up hill after a lazy day at the beach. Bar up above beach great for cocktails too. A credit to the owners and cleaning firm too.

Overall an excellent stay apart from a few hiccups along the way. Katie was great and really helpful when our bags were lost, meaning we were very late arriving at the villa. Outside area was fabulous, particularly the sofas where we spent a lot of time. BBQ probably needs updating which was a shame, we normally love our barbecues but only used it twice as it was difficult to actually cook anything on!! Aircon in the bedrooms was a blessing. The only thing I would say is that the property description is not entirely clear that 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are entirely separate from the main property, with their own key. Wasn’t really a problem for us but I would imagine it would be if you were a larger family with small children. Overall a lovely spot, as long as you don’t mind a bit of a hike back from the beach! Fiesta in Moraira was fabulous, particularly Correfoc on our last night (IYKYK!!)

Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous villa with super views. Gabby the owner is very responsive to any questions, she goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday. She is a super host. The outside space is just fantastic with a large terrace, lovely comfortable outdoor settees, good outdoor dining table & chairs. Comfortable sunloungers with cushions, the swimming pool is a good size, very clean and a nice temperature. The villa is so well equipped, Gabby has thought of everything to make a great stay. All the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The beds are comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful for a very relaxing holiday but just a short distance to Moraira where you will find fabulous restaurants. Would highly recommend this villa and will return.
