This hotel is a dream, it feels magical, the location is gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop. It’s ideal to go and relax for a few days. The restaurant is delicious with amazing local cuisine and great service. This is the second time I stay here and it has become one of my favorite places.

This is probably the single most beautiful property in the world. The free breakfasts were delicious beyond belief. The service from the entire staff was so good that it was emotionally touching. They treated us like long-lost relatives and couldn't do enough for us at every moment. This is more than a hotel; it's an experience!

This is a beautiful property, the perfect retreat to relax and destress. The attention to detail and customer service are impressive. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, clean. The restaurant, spa and pool are all delicious. Staff is very professional and attentive, always looking for ways to make you more comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

The place is absolutely beautiful, we had a massage done, Esteban did mine and he was very good. We also did the ceremony and bath which was great. The only thing that I didn’t like is that my room was so close to the restaurant that at night after they close the kitchen you could hear banging of dishes and workers trying to clean up but if my room was elsewhere it would be 5/5 stay. The food was excellent. Very fresh.

My husband and two friends stayed here for one night and we wish it was longer. The staff were great all around the property and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding mountains was the perfect setting and just the details of the rooms and immaculate landscaping are to be appreciated. Of course the swimming pool and lounge areas is what attracts the clientele. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Tepotzlán.

Pros: This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The mountain views are incredible. Very charming. Spa services were top-notch. If you get a massage, ask for Joel. He has the hands of Thor. Overall, very friendly and welcoming staff--shout to Ariana at the reception who went above and beyond. Cons: Services at spa and poolside bar are a little expensive in my opinion, so be prepared to spend some cash if you use these amenities. Also, it's a little far from the center of town (a good 10-15 minute drive because of the road conditions). Wish the hotel had bikes, so visitors could ride the into town. Walking is probably a solid 20-30 minutes. Overall: I loved it and would consider coming back!

I will definitely return to the hotel. Everything was magnificent, the food, the spa, the service. It is a magical place, we highly recommend it if you want to go to disconnect and spend time as a couple. A spectacular sight. I also want to mention that the waiter who was serving us the entire weekend, Edgardo, was the most attentive and kind. Always helping and making our stay as cool as possible. Thank you!!

Its a fake… beginning with the “eco friendly” amount of chlorine they use in the pool where they have constant bad Ibiza like music playing. The waiters in uniform have earphones like in a nightclub! Then you go to eat and they have bad taste Muzak going on in the restaurant! It’s a fake. Not even the intention is there.

The trees are gorgeous. The mountains are stunning but just the horrible constant music by the pool and fact that most sun beds face pool instead of the magical mountain. Should explain the attitude of the hotel. Apparently to them the view of a small pool full of people is more interesting than the mountains 😬 The people working are very unrelaxed and look like mossad agents or concert bouncers with earphones on one side as if they needed to control a mob….. so they barely hear you because they are listening to what is going on somewhere else. They were rude at the entrance because it’s sooooo exclusive that they mistreated my friend who just wanted to join me for dinner… You are ONLY allowed in the sauna if you have a massage. You are ONLY ALLOWED TO SWIM until 8 pm 🙁 anyway I was told all the prohibitions upon arrival. Some hotels give you water this one gives you the rounds of what you cannot do. Overrated totally but the trees are gorgeous. And the nature surrounding. Attitude of people who own it must not be very gentle as there is an army like attitude among the staff. It ruined my two day restful stay.

Color people get different treatment.
The property itself was breathtaking. The staff weren’t so friendly. I was probably the only dark skin person there besides the staff and I felt I was being treated differently because I showed them my Mexican passport instead of my American one. I asked for a infused water the same day I arrived, the guy in the receptionist said he will “Try” to get it. Never came back. As if I couldn’t pay for it. I asked for the restaurant hours they responded pointing at the restaurant and saying the hours are there and took off. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I paid almost 2k for 2 nights and I was expecting more from the staff.

Great stay
The hotel is in a beautiful setting and provides a very relaxing environment. The services at the spa were excellent and I enjoyed the free daily activities.
